毕业前，我把旧书拿出来整理，看到一本本装订好的学习单，从字迹中，我看到自己六年来的变化，感觉是那么模糊，又好像似曾相识，让我不知不觉的跌进了记亿的深渊。
因为妈妈的关系，刚入学的我，对学校一点也不陌生，但是样子像极了木头人，下课时间就做在教室，哪里也不敢去。二年级的我已经知道下课先去上厕所，在去荡秋千，但是偶而会玩到四下无人，才知道要回教室。
三年级是加入武术队的第二年，在懵懂的情况，参加几次比赛和表演都得到大家的肯定，更提升了我对武术的热爱。四年级的时候，因为同学的妈妈很会做点心，所以我学到很多制作点心的方法，也品尝到“铜锣烧”、“姜饼屋”的美味等等，至今心中还浮现一道道香喷喷的甜点，让我不禁想流口水。
分班后的五年级是再次面临另一种心情的开始，因为这时的我们好像长大的更多，已经是学校的高年级。印象最深刻的是运动会的大队接力，在我们同心协力的合作 下，打进了强敌环伺的绝赛，最后夺得冠军。升上六年级后，我也成熟了不少，已经懂得做读书计划的重要性，凡事都能在自己规定的时间内完成。最近刚结束的园游会，是六年来最后一次，也是最精采的活动。那一天，大家在叫卖声、欢笑声及喧哗声，让心中的情绪“HIGH”到最高点。
六年即将过去了，虽然心里有百般不舍，但是现在回想起来，在这些日子里，我学会了适应新的环境，也学到了如何过团体生活，更知道如何关心週遭的人事物，也能适时的原谅别人。最后我将带着六年的“学习财富”及满满的祝福，展翅高飞。

听着这番评价，罗丹的神情愈发变得凝重。学生们都恭维起老师妙手天成，仅凭雕像那双神奇的手就可以流芳百世。罗丹站在一旁，沉默不语。突然，他像想起什么，迅速退到墙角，操起一把斧头，直奔雕像而来。没等学生们反应过来，只听见“哐当”一声响，他已砍下了雕像的那双手。
学生们惊呆了，质问老师在干什么?
罗丹长吁了一口气，缓缓地说：“我原本也觉得这双手太突出，会分散人们对整尊雕像的注意力，现在你们都夸它完美之极，所以我不得不把它砍掉呀!”学生们还想说什么，罗丹挥了挥手，语重心长地告诫道：“你们要牢牢记住，一件称得上经典的艺术品，没有任何一个局部比整体更重要。”
在任何时候，整体都要比局部更重要，有时为了保护整体的完整，需要我们决然地舍弃完美的'局部。雕塑是这样，人生又何尝不是如此?罗丹深谙局部应当服从全局的道理，所以毅然舍弃了那双手。时至今日，巴尔扎克雕像依然屹立在法国巴黎艺术馆内，它的断手被睡袍遮盖住，面部神态则显得更加突出，好像独自在月光下行走着思考。罗丹的这尊雕像与《思想者》齐名，成为千古流芳之作。
一个人在团队中的角色似乎也是如此。再完美的个人，如果在团队中是不和谐的个体，他对团队的成长也将毫无意义，也不能发挥其应有的作用。因此，如何去有效地融入团队，成为团队的一员，而不是不和谐的个体，是一门技巧，也是一项重要的技能。但融入团队并不是“ 同流合污”，而是从团队中获取正能量，也回馈正能量给团队中的其他人，从而推动团队的整体提升。无法融入者，只能被放弃。
局部的完美，并不能让整个团体完美，相反，大家要一起进步，才是最好的。

前不久，有这么一则新闻。一位女子在马路上吃鸡蛋，剥去的蛋壳被女子随手一扔，散落在路面上。当时天上下着蒙蒙细雨，散落在潮湿的地面上的蛋壳难以清扫。清洁工大妈好心地提醒女子可以将蛋壳丢至垃圾桶内，并尽职尽责地将垃圾桶提到女子的面前。然而女子不但不领情，反而重重地将蛋壳丢掷在地，还对大妈恶言相向：你就是个清洁工，你就是干这个的！女子的行为一经曝光引起无数群众的愤怒。
形形色色的职业构成一个和谐的社会。试想一下，假如我们的生活中缺少了清洁工这一部分，那我们的生活会变成怎样呢？每天有成千上万吨的垃圾无人清扫，在街道上堆积如山，空气中弥漫着垃圾散发的恶臭。我们的生活还能继续吗？由此可见整体是由部分构成的，离开了部分，整体就不复存在。
恩格斯说过，手并不是单独存在的，它是整个具有极其复杂的集体的一个肢体。部分是整体中的'部分，离开了整体，部分就不成其为部分。
整体与部分是相互相联系的、密不可分的，并且关键部分对整体的功能起决定作用。
有这么一个故事：从前有一个国家即将与另一个国家交战。其中一个国家准备的战马中，有一匹战马的铁蹄上缺少了一枚铁钉，战马感觉到不适，在战场上与敌军对抗的时候失去了控制。失控的战马使将军不慎跌落下马，以至于影响了一个军队，使得战争失败，最终导致一个国家的沦陷。许多时候，恰恰就是因为缺少了这么一枚小小的铁钉才导致一个国家的沦陷。
整体与部分的关系要求我们，应当树立全局观念，立足整体，统筹全局，选择最佳方案，实现整体的最优目标，从而达到整体功能大于部分功能之和的理想效果同时必须重视部分的作用，搞好局部，用局部推动整体的发展。
