今天晚上，我和阿姨还有妈妈一起包饺子来当晚饭吃。
包饺子需要饺子皮还有里面的馅，阿姨买好了饺子皮，也做好了馅，我们就开始包了。这是我第一次包饺子，所以我很兴奋，摩拳擦掌，准备大展身手。妈妈告诉我，要将馅放在饺子皮的中间，馅还不能太多，否则会挤出来。放好了馅，就要将饺子皮对折，捏紧，然后就开始做纹路了。妈妈教我的是金元宝饺子，要将一面的面皮拉松，然后往中间叠，层层叠，然后把饺子弄弯，一个金元宝饺子就算是做好了。因为我很喜欢吃饺子，而且里面的馅是我最喜欢的慈菇馅，所以我做起来格外卖力。我做的前几个饺子因为技术不娴熟所以很难看，但是到了后面，我做的饺子就越来越好了。最后，饺子皮被我们包完了，饺子馅也所剩无几了，饺子该进锅了。当我在晚饭时吃着自己做的饺子时，看着别人吃着我做的饺子时，我非常自豪，也非常高兴，因为我又学会了一项新本领。
俗话说，说起来容易做起来难，通过这次包饺子我才知道这句话的含义。别看别人包饺子轻车熟路，其实人家是包了很久的。只有自己去包，才能感受到包饺子多难。

今天，看见妈妈在包饺子，觉得好玩，也想试着包几个，在我一个劲儿的央求下，妈妈同意了。
我学着妈妈的样子，一只手拿起一个饺子皮，另一只手往皮上面放了点肉馅，然后对折。我捏左边，右边露，捏右边，左边露，馅不是多了，就是少了，哥哥走过来笑着说：“你包的是饺子吗？简直是面饼。”我脸一下子红了，心想：“包饺子也是有学问啊！”妈妈走到我身旁说：“先把面皮放手里，再把肉馅放在面皮上，不能放多，也不能放少。再顺皮边对折，然后顺着半圆形的皮边捏一遍。这样一个大饺子就包好了。”我按照妈妈说的包起来，果然比刚才有了进步。我就这样一个个的包起来，妈妈把饺子放进锅里煮，快要熟的时候发出香味，我垂涎欲滴，迫不及待地叫妈妈把饺子盛出来吃，妈妈说：“马上就熟了。”所以我有等了几分钟，饺子熟了，我迫不及待地用筷子把饺子夹起来吃，我快要吃到的时候，妈妈说：“饺子很烫。”所以我只吃了外面的边上的皮，我等了一会儿，妈妈说：“可以吃了。”我连忙用筷子把饺夹起来吃，好吃极了！我又吃了几个，太好吃了！
今天，我学会了包饺子，我很开心！

今天，姨妈来我家做客，妈妈准备包青菜肉饺招待她。我跃跃欲试，也想学包饺子。饺子好吃但工序复杂，所以我们三人分工合作：由我剁菜馅，妈妈和馅，姨妈揉面擀皮。
头一次切菜，没想到刀这么沉，剁一会儿我的手就酸痛了。不过为了美味的饺子，坚持！终于把青菜剁得很细了，妈妈拧掉菜汁开始和馅。先加入两个鸡蛋、糖、盐和少许油等调味品后，开始顺时针搅拌，直到肉和菜完全粘在一起，她才说了声“好”。
姨妈的工程最浩大。揉面是个技术活儿，要把面团揉出韧劲才能擀皮。用一根擀面杖擀、推，再用手翻，在皮上撒点山芋粉，再推。好半天一张轻薄的皮子才能擀好。开始切饺皮，姨妈动作娴熟，不一会儿一张张饺皮便像小山包一样堆在桌上。
终于开始包饺子了！妈妈拿起一张饺皮摊在手心，再放上馅，把饺皮对折两头捏紧。在我的央求下，妈妈手把手地教我：“馅不能太多，不然皮会撑破。”结果我包的饺子不是“露馅”就是“呲牙裂嘴”。不过我在不断摸索中终于找到感觉，瞧，我包的饺子也排成长龙呢。
在我的焦急等待中，妈妈端上热气腾腾的饺子，吃着自己包的饺子，真香！

I surely disagree with father ’s philosophy. As a leader, he shouldn ’t use his power to make money. It is his duty to serve people wholeheartedly, just one person said “with great power comes great responsibility ”. If he stick to his philosophy. I believe that he will spend the rest of his life in prison. What’s worse, he could affect his son ’s philosophy, guiding him in the opposite direction , nothing can be done to reverse the trend itself. The only solution is to change father ’s philosophy. Because of many greedy officials in China, it is time to reverse the trend itself by establishing new policy. As Chinese always has been our confidence that we can change for the better and better.
In my opinion, there is more to to life than just money -it is happiness, nothing is important than happiness. We can live a colorful life in our spare time.

我最喜欢的传统食品就是饺子了，我尤其喜欢吃外婆包的饺子，味道让我回味无穷。
夏天不适合吃热腾腾的饺子，但我一星期不吃饺子心就痒痒，再加上我心血来潮想自己包包饺子，外婆禁不住我的死缠烂打，终于答应了我的要求。
做为中国最传统，最特色的食物，饺子的做法也是很有讲究的。第一道工序是和面，和面和的\'好和坏是非常重要的：面和硬了，吃起来会很干，面和软了，容易沾到牙上。和面最好用温水和，效果最佳。听完了外婆的教导，我迫不及待地开始和起面。真是不试不知道，一试吓一跳。那些面明显和我过不去，一个劲地往盆子的边沾，结果弄了半天连形都没成。最后，外婆实在看不下去了，几下就把面和好了，我都看傻了。
接下来就是包了，我信心满满地拿起饺子皮，包起来。我夹来一点肉，使劲一捏，却没想到下边破了个大洞，肉全掉了出来。我又拿起饺子皮，但连连受挫，这儿好了，那儿又破了，真烦！最后，外婆给我作示范，我终于包出了个像样的饺子。
包饺子让我明白，不管做什么事，都要通过努力才可以成功！

春节前后，大家每天都在欢乐和愉快中度过。今天是正月初五，姥姥家要吃饺子了。
快到中午时，妈妈和姥姥就开始忙乎了。我目不转睛地盯着姥姥和妈妈的每一个举动，脑子里不禁有了一个想法：每次我都是看别人包饺子，我为何不自己亲手来体验一下其中的乐趣呢？我刚想动手去包，我的耳朵里似乎飞出两个小精灵，一个说：嘿，张申饶，你也太天真了，包饺子这种事情，一般人是包不好的，再说，就凭你那双胖乎乎的小笨手，能包好才怪呢！另一个说：张申饶，什么事只有亲自体验才能知道，不亲手体验一下，你怎么能知道你能不能包好呢？
我仔细想了想：如果我现在不去学，就可能永远都学不会了！理性战胜了懒惰。我洗好手，就跑到妈妈身边，准备包饺子了。
妈妈见我跑来，猜出来我是过来学包饺子的，便开始边包边讲：首先拿起一张圆圆的饺子皮，轻轻地放在手心里，用筷子夹些黏糊糊的肉馅放在中间，然后把它对折合上，使劲捏边缘。妈妈说着，一个可爱的胖乎乎的小饺子就包好了。我学着妈妈的样子，慢吞吞地包了起来。两分钟后，我好不容易包完一个，放到了我这边的篮子里，可我一看妈妈那边的篮子，已经有六个刚包好的小饺子了！我再一看妈妈包的形状：个个都很饱满，和将军一样，精神！可再一看我包的：一个个懒洋洋的\'，还扁扁的，就和饿了三天的小孩的肚子似的，都站不起来！看来，我要多练习练习了。
包了四十分钟，饺子就可以下锅了。煮了十分钟左右，一个个饺子都漂到了水面上，这证明能吃了。妈妈把它们都盛到了碗里，开饭了！

今天是农历腊月二十九，也就是中国传统节日除夕。一早，妈妈就去菜市场买来了饺子皮和肉，外公飞快地把包饺子的馅也做好了，包饺子的工作是万事俱备，只欠东风了，于是我们就开始包了起来。
我和妈妈包的饺子是花见花败，而外公包的饺子是花见花开，好看极了。于是我就开始注意了外公包饺子的步骤：原来是这样的，先把一张饺子皮全部展开，平铺在左手的手心里，然后再用汤勺舀半勺饺子馅放在饺子皮的中间，最后把饺子皮对折起来用手把饺子皮周围捏成一条一条的褶，这样一个漂漂亮亮的饺子就包好了。于是我就按葫芦画瓢起来，可是让我生气的是我包的饺子还是奇形怪状的。外公说“饺子的外表好看不好看不是最重要的，好吃才是最重要的。”这时我有了一个异想天开的想法，我先准备了两张饺子皮，将两张饺子皮的边缘给粘好，再用勺子弄一大勺饺子馅，再将另一张饺子皮盖上，将周围给垫起来，最后把周围的边缘全部捏紧，这样一个圆形的饺子就包好了，可是我按照这个做法做完后，却包了一个“花篮”。“其实这样的包法也是有好处的，一个饺子皮只能放小小的一勺饺子馅，但是这样包法饺子馅多又不会在饺子下锅的`时候漏出来”，我自我安慰道。
晚上吃着自己包的饺子，真的很开心。
