Dear all,
I am writing this letter to express my gratitude to my parents for teaching me to be positive and to be strong. “Educating the mind without educating the heart is no education at all.” is the opinion held by Aristotle. It is the experience of our forefathers, however, it is correct even today, including my parenting.
It is widely acknowledged that parenting, which can also be explained as family education, is of great significance in our character forming and manner acquiring. To be more detailed, setting good examples instead of just giving precepts is the greatest achievement of my parents. They not only taught me to think for the best and prepare for the worst; they taught me how. They not only told me the benefits of being strong in mind; they proved it. All those things require huge amount of time and work, but it’s worth it.
Without my parents’ contribution and education, I would never be who I am now. But most importantly, I would never be more gratitude to them than today.

因为个人的品味不同，所以对事物的看法也就不可规限。世上没有绝对衡量一个事物价值的标准，就像世上没有所谓全面发展的人才。那些教条些都是以前老师骗小孩子的玩意，当不了真。人类多半有这种心态大半出自学校，所谓万恶皆始于此。在观点上可能有点偏颇，却也能较大反应它的本质。一个学校在传授学业的同时也同时灌输了一些荒唐的观念和理论。比方说叫你当官，最好是当个大点的'，班长最好，实在不行，做个书记。这就是教育。另外还告诉你们就是学校里开设的课程都是有益的，你踢足球就不行。虽然中国的足球真的不行。看书得看教材，看《挪威的森林》就是另类等等。这样一来人就完了。
我觉得人唯一能做出价值判断的就如王小波说的那样，对公兔子而言，大灰狼是坏的，母兔子是好的。因为这里是直接体现了一种本能的反应。像深层次点的艺术，就很难再判断，只能根据人的个体差异来定夺。不辛的事，这个社会已将一切的安排好了，该怎么走已经由不得自己了。在这里，我想到了鲁迅说的一句话，这世上就是有那么一些动物，好像得了中庸之道，只要跟自己的观念有点出入就说是偏激。

针对以上几种情况，我们可以做的是：建议用两步法操作。
第一步，审题。
在审题部分我们要完成的内容是：
①认真仔细，看清要求。
有些题目是包含两个甚至更多的问题，那么我们就要从题目里面读出这些信息，避免答题的时候少答。如：根据本文内容，谈谈你的感受。这个题目里面就有两个小问，第一是分析文章内容，第二是写自己的感受。
②根据题干，辨别题型。
在题干中，往往都会有关键字词出现，这些关键字词就可以帮助我们辨别具体的题型。如：题干中出现作用、好处、为什么这样写、这样写的目的等关键词时，这就是作用题题型；题干中出现句子的妙处、句子好在哪里、赏析等关键词时，这就是赏析句子题题型。只有先辨别题型，才能知道答案具体要往哪些方面来写。
③根据题型，明确思路。
在确定题型后，就要求在脑海中明确答题思路。知道这道题具体要答哪些内容，得分点在哪。做到胸有成竹，才能立于不败之地。
第二步，做题。
在做题部分我们可以按照三遍法来做。
①拿到题目后，自己先好好做一遍。
这个时候来不得马虎，不能说觉得自己知道答案了就不写，这是学习中的大忌。只有自己认真去写答案，才能找到具体的做题感觉，熟悉题型规律。
②拿自己写的答案认真对照参考答案，从中找出差距和参考答案的思路。
明确自己的不足，并学会分析参考答案。分析自己丢分丢在哪个步骤，确定是哪个得分点没有答到。然后再做针对性的练习，做到查漏补缺。
③过一段时间再做一遍，重新明确答题思路。
做到及时的复习巩固，才能切实提高。

首先，我们来了解一个情况：学生在记叙文上丢分的主要原因是什么？无外乎这么几点：
1、文章没有读懂
这种情况很少见，说实话，语文是相对比较容易的，所选的文章理解难度不大。只要学生们平时多看些书基本就能解决这一问题。
2、看错题目要求
这是粗心大意导致的，所以要生们在平时做题的时候做到认真细致，弄清题目要求。
3、答题思路不清
拿到题目之后，不知道该答什么，无从下手。这个时候，需要我们了解记叙文常考题型有哪些了。因为不同的题型，它的答题思路和要点是不一样的。评分老师在阅卷的时候也是根据要点给分的，你写到了就有分，写不到就没分。比如：赏析句子时，要从句子本身的含义、写作手法、表达效果、揭示主旨等方面来答题。而很多时候，学生都不能全面把握。这样一来，要求学生在学习时善于总结归纳，理清常见题型的答题思路。这些题型在东学堂课堂上，都有专门的讲解，学生及家长要善于做好笔记并及时复习！
4、答案书写不规范
很多时候，学生写出来的答案要么太罗嗦，词不达意；要么就是极尽简单之能事，没有形成完整通顺的话，而是简单的'几个词组的拼凑。答案太罗嗦，不仅不能得分，同时也浪费考试时间，得不偿失；答案太简单，不知所云，往往就是丢掉得分点。这一点，需要我们在平时练习的时候一定要多动笔，只有实实在在把答案落到实处，才能有真实的提高。

This letter is my inner feelings. I want to thank both of you for so many years’ care and help.
During my growth, you have made a lot of efforts and love for me. When I make a success, both of you are more excited than me, and support me to do better.
