今天下午，1-5年级的同学在操场上排队。这时，校长发话了：现在仰卧起坐比赛开始。话音刚落，操场上便热闹起来，轮到的班级个个是兴高采烈地去参加比赛，回教室时个个气喘吁吁，满头大汗。
时间过得真快，下一个就轮到我们班了，我的心怦、怦直跳，过了一会儿，只听体育老师喊三（8）班的时候，我心里嘀咕着：完了，这几天回家没有时间练，今天却要比赛了，唉，我命苦啊！轮到我了，我胆怯地走上前去，平躺在垫子上，双腿弯曲，呈90度角，双手抱着后脑勺，一位高年级的同学帮我按着脚，哨子一响，我把屁股往上猛地一蹬，像一只顽皮的小虾在垫子上一弓一弹，又像一个不倒翁。刚开始还觉得很轻松，一，二，三做到第十五个时，这只小虾腰酸背疼，慢慢地力不能支，二十五，二十六，二十七，好不容易做到第二十八个的时候，时间到！哇，累死我了。
不过，俗话说得好：拳不离手，曲不离口。我以后要多练着点，争取下次的仰卧起坐比赛能够多做点。
