这段中，只是要求受到表彰的区县、街道(乡镇\"进一步巩固和发展军政军民团结的大好局面，推动上海双拥工作再上新台阶\"是不够的，本市各单位和驻沪各部队都要这样做。同时，表彰性的《决定》最后写\"希望\"时，希望的对象一般包括两个：一个是受到表彰的单位(个人，希望他们再接再厉，另一个是其他单位(个人，希望他们向受到表彰的单位(个人学习。公文中，特别是提出的希望和要求，要全面考虑，兼顾各方，反映出整体思维。
后来，这段修改为：
希望上述被命名的区县和街道(乡镇再接再厉，不断进取，争取双拥工作再上新台阶。
并在其后补充了一段：
希望全市各级党政组织和驻沪各部队向上述被命名的区县和街道(乡镇学习，进一步做好双拥工作，巩固发展军政军民团结的大好局面，推动上海双拥工作再上新台阶。
这样，\"希望\"的对象比较周全，所提的要求也比较切合实际。

例：A survey indicates that the number of people smoking has increased to as high as 65 percent in China.（一项调查显示。。。）
"65%"让文章看起来有些假，有捏造的嫌疑。"A survey"又不够具有代表性。

这是我最头疼的地方，我BEC的成绩里听力是WEAK：（而我在复习计划的前几天是听真题，做点分析，但做下来的效果很差，基本都是错20到15个，虽然天天在空闲的时候都挂着个MP3听真题和BBC，但真的进展很小。听力这玩意，确实不是一天两天的\'事情，是长时间积累的结果。所以在最后8天，我改变了策略，我在这里下了听力机经，发现其实版本并不多（没我想像的多，我想起码100来个VERSION），而且每个SECTION的主题很少有重复的，这就为牢固的记忆提供了保障，雅思英语《很高兴，10天，7分》。所以我用了7天，每天4个小时来背机经，然后最后一天把全部看了一遍，然后运气特别好，在考试的时候正好遇到两个SECTION（考的时候我都快笑出来了），而且另外两个部分我都听的不错，虽然最后一篇很有几个没听清楚。
建议：短期复习的朋友，在最后一段时间去背机经是很有用处的，因为听力这东西一定要经过长时间的锻炼（虽然背机经是一个很痛苦的过程），既然没有足够的时间，那就背机经当抱佛脚吧。
