我边做着作业边暗自反省：同学们不来我这一组已经不是一次两次了，每次分组几乎都是这样，大家总说我要求太严格了。其实我是想让大家发挥出好的写作水平，不应付了事，让我们的小组夺得冠军呀！那样大家都会高兴的。可没想到这样反而造成了同学们的不理解、不欢迎。我转念又想：我是不是应该改变一下方式或方法呢？主动接收些写作水平一般的同学，不让他们受到冷落，和他们一起提升写作水平，让人人都能得到优＋。对，我决定下次分组要主动出击，邀请他人，去帮助他人，不再设置条条框框，重新赢回同学们的心。

不愉快的日记分组就这样过去了，虽然令我郁闷，但我也收获很多：遇事多从自身找找原因并努力改正，终会被别人认可的。

Firstly, I would like to show my appreciation to those standing by me all the way, teachers, parents and friends included. Without their help and advice, my life would be different. Above all, I've made up my mind to make every effort to study, for I believe hard work is the key to success. Just as the old saying goes, "no pains, no gains."
