一个暑假，我回到老家去看望爷爷奶奶，去看望爷爷奶奶的路上要经过一座桥，下面有一条溪流。来到桥上，我往下一看感到特别惊讶：怎么这么脏？河面上躺满了各种各样的脏物，羽毛球、篮球、塑料袋、可乐罐、废纸……
我想以前我到这儿看到的小河是非常干净而且非常美丽的。特别是到了春天，河水清澈，柳树发芽，柳枝倒挂，随风摇摆真是好看。草地绿了，小花开放了，其它的树木也苏醒过来，出现了一片勃勃的生机，那景色特别迷人。
可是眼前这小河已经被人们弄脏了。小鱼也看不见了。我想小鱼一定是被这脏水毒死了。即使没有被毒死的，也一定向别处逃了。它们在逃跑的时候看来应该撑一把伞，避免让人用脏物砸住，而被砸伤。我又想再这样下去，这小河一定会更加脏的。我想我们小朋友一定都喜欢干净的小河吧！总不想看到脏的小河吧！如果我们都爱护以及保护小河和周围的环境的`话那么我们就会有干净清洁的小河和环境。鱼儿也喜欢干净的河呀！
心动不如行动，那就让我们赶快行动起来吧！我们可以去扫地，捡垃圾，给花儿浇水……这样的话用不了几年，甚至几个月，我们的河就会干净起来，就会美丽起来，比原来的学校漂亮好几倍了！在这样美好的环境里，我们能够更加愉快地游戏、活动、学习、生活……
