人们总爱感慨：“我不得志。”人们总爱在得到之时则开怀大笑，而在失去之际却悲苦流泣。人们总是乐于把自我的小得小失放大成为大喜大悲。
在世间浮躁地活着，虚荣与浮华接踵而至，在无形中耗损着人的心态，名与利只是膨胀你的虚荣与浮华，却限制了你的高度。
越贪于名利之人的人生越像一个不断鼓大的\'气球，看似庞然，却空虚无物，一刺即破。
越自高自大的人，就越如那井底的青蛙，永远跳不出人生的井口。
莫再为处境困厄而哭泣，莫再为名利未得而黯然，“草色遥看近却无”。跳出你个人的圈子，仰望那天空星辰，俯看那大地万物。
人，你或许会不由得发感叹，不就是这世间的一物吗？
我们活于世上，自是来品味丗之珍瑰，谁愿带着烦恼上路，悲恨不知所终，没有什么忧愁是放不开的。跳出一看，世间如此美好，个人那点小得小失又算得了什么？

我的爸爸是本城较为权威的精神科医生之一，也是我心中最乐观善良的爸爸。他从未像别的父亲一样给我讲过童话，他为我讲述的全是真实的故事，有关于生活的故事。
这些故事之中有的。曾经有个女孩，患有家族遗传的`抑郁症。她幼时亲眼目睹了祖母、父亲先后因这种疾病而忍受巨大的痛苦，甚至自***。她深知只有与命运斗争才能避免悲剧在她身上重现。于是她做出了人生中的重要选择，在周围人异样的眼光下主动入院进行治疗。在选择时，她是矛盾的，但为了将来，她选择了治疗；在治疗时，她是痛苦的，她必须克制自己以获新生。终于，在她的积极配合下，她克服了一切障碍，超越了自己。她用春草一般的顽强、向上迎来了属于自己的春天。
这些故事中也不乏带有悲剧性质的。有一个久患精神分裂症的男子，心中总是抵触医院、抵触医生。在他的眼中，自己是健康的，是其他人在陷害他。尽管每周进行心理治疗，但已经没有什么能够打开他的心。某一天的晚上，他打开家门就再也没有回去，沉入了家门口冰冷的河水中。他一步步亲自断送了人生。
令人痛心叹惋的也是有的。一位寒窗苦读十二年终于成为名牌大学生的女孩，一味怀疑男朋友。多次辅导不成，她仍是不信任男友。爸爸引导她以积极的心去面对爱。但她还是郁郁寡欢。在一次和男友的争吵后，她一时冲动而跳楼。尽管没有失去性命，但她因重伤而一蹶不振退学。十二年的辛苦付之一炬。正如臧克家所说：有些人活着，但他已经死了。
心态造就生活。爸爸如是说。
其实爸爸本身也是个故事，他也曾被命运戏弄。这个农村年轻人在凭自己的努力考上大学当上医生，意气风发时，最宠爱他的母亲突然去世，而他还没能为母亲尽一点孝。在后悔和悲伤中，他觉悟了，他要努力工作，不能再错过他的父亲。然而命运再一次和他开了个玩笑。
年轻力壮的他无缘无故患上了肺结核。心中的意志使他顽强地抵抗着病魔的侵袭。终日的咳嗽击不败他；夜夜的咳血打不倒他。他告诉自己，他必须坚强！利用病假的时间，他继续学习。他提醒自己：塞翁失马焉知非福？终于，一年半后，他病愈返回岗位。他不在意在别人有色眼镜后犀利的眼光，在异乡的医院默默奋斗。他要珍惜来之不易的工作，发挥自己的能力帮助陷入困境的他人在他的努力下，他的生活迈进正轨，一点点靠近幸福。直至如今，他仍不忘时常对自己也是对身边的每个人说；工作着是快乐的，活着是快乐的。
爸爸用他的一言一行感染着我，我也懂得如何去面对波澜起伏的生活。
没错，生活会给我们惊涛骇浪、高山险谷，或许会沉没，或许会跌落。但能否跨越这一切，全在于自己。倘若一味逃避、退缩，那只有消失在众生中，成为时间的炮灰：倘若勇敢抬头、前进，那就会克服险阻，闪耀在幸福国度。

离校不过半载，生锈的栏杆外，香樟开始落叶，门口的青松似乎都不算绿得生机。推开许久不会的门，教室里已坐满了，人头攒动。依依惜别的我们，眼角的泪似乎没有断过，没有人说话，抽泣声不再难听，此时无声胜有声，倒希望还能再听老师上一节不曾珍惜过的课。墙角的那株常青藤，心疼的落下了片片“眼泪”，我们懂，是不是懂得太早了呢?豆蔻年华的我们应不应该品尝分离，不知道，再嘴馋的怕是也没心思去囫囵吞枣了。下一个夏天，这个教室依旧坐满了人，可惜不再是我们。老师，我们是否还有缘再见，三年的教导，被三张卷子撕的支离破碎，那场试卷雪，不仅仅是我们的压力，还有愤恨。既然要遇见，为什么要分开，还这么早!只有彼此不曾忘记，那些年曾经疯过的我们来过，“高喊着再不疯狂我们就老了”的我们……
那片操场，一批一批无数青年人为其挥尽了汗水，咬牙坚持的，其中不免有我们。一星期来这里的次数屈指可数，吃不得苦对这里谈不上喜欢，却不知这里才是最可贵的地方。与好友顶着烈日炎炎，并肩跑去，热浪拍打着背脊，惊涛拍岸似的汹涌。耳边的呼吸声不断，分不清是你的，还是我的，不分你我的听着，夹杂着你的声声加油和急促的呼吸跑过了一圈又一圈。腿越来越软，头顶的汗珠掉的厉害，衣领湿透了，发丝不再飘逸的粘在脸上，嗓子燃满了烈火。还好有你，拍拍肩，跑在了我的前面，叫我拉住你那双瘦骨嶙峋的手，没有汗味的手被肉嘟嘟的手粘湿了，满是汗味。此刻，阳光不再那么毒，整个操场洋溢的不汗味，是我们的笑声。就这样，我们互相追赶着，只为了为同伴多遮挡一丝炎热的阳光，留下的是一份凉意!并肩冲过终点，哪怕最后一名要被罚，也要共同承担。总有一个气喘吁吁的人递来一杯半温的白开水，冒着微微热气的手握住了的被子，在我看来，散发的满是友情的魅力。互相用纸巾擦着红彤彤的脸蛋，手都是抖的，哪在意呢，只要心到了，就够了，满满的是友情我又怎能把这一切都忘记?
那片树荫下，爬山虎长的茂盛的秋千上，我们互相分享着小秘密，用嘴轻轻诉说，用心把秘密锁上，只有另一个人的心，才能打开，字字句句都是诺言。微风吹过，你总会把外套分我一半，脚麻了也一动不动，为的是共同呵护并享受着着一份小小的温暖。秋日的心暖风却冷，总会把刘海吹乱，一边互相小心地替对方整理着，一边半开着玩笑，还要张牙舞爪地吓唬这对方，自己还傻乐着，不仅仅是怜爱。落叶像蝴蝶一样，翩翩飞落，总会有一只小手轻轻扑落别人身上的落叶。偶尔遇见一只枯叶蝶，扑腾着却无济于事，最后都是一样，无奈的回到原地看一副幸灾乐祸的嘴脸。阳光晒得人犯困，总有一个人静静的睡着，另一个静静的看着。其实，睡的人不一定困，看的人，可能困了，一场演技不够的哑剧，都有心离场，可总被些什么牵挂着，可能大家都不愿意去打扰这样一份安静的快乐，难得的，可贵的。这样一份同伴的友情，我怎能忘记?
正确的时间、地点，我遇见了可能不算最正确你，开始了一场梦的旅程，一路走向灵魂的尽头，这样一份友情，我不曾忘记，不论是我还是为了你，都会深深的埋藏在心里，珍藏一辈子!
