诸葛亮对降将魏延早有成见，平时不重用他，后来在数次伐魏战中也不听他的计策，足见他把私人偏见看得比国家大事还重，以至“统一大业”的高远计划以失败而告终。
诸葛亮三气周瑜是两人斗智的最高巅峰，别的不说，就说周瑜的美人计吧，刘备入赘东吴周瑜想借此机会软困，可每次使出的计谋均被诸葛亮的三个锦囊妙计所破，人常说“上有政策，下有对策”前提是必须有了政策，才能产生对策，而人家诸葛亮却是在连周瑜还不知道自己的下一个政策是什么内容的情况下，他的`对策就已经出来了，也许诸葛亮真能神机妙算吧，那么后来的挥泪斩马谡，火烧连营七百里，以及走麦城却和他的神机妙算甚不吻合呀！鲁迅曾说过：“状诸葛之多智而近妖”！难道他真是妖人？
再看他的军事才能：周瑜二十岁便跟随孙策统兵打仗，三年内出兵帮孙策攻下了十余个县，孙策死后，周瑜更是重担在挑，重权在握，他先讨伐邓龙，击败来犯的曹操，攻下了南郡、夷陵后在征讨西川途中不幸病故…
诸葛亮出山时二十六岁，初期，刘备得他并非是如鱼得水，而是节节败退。赤壁战后，刘备在诸葛亮的辅助下羽翼渐渐丰满，刘备称帝，封诸葛亮为相，“鞠躬尽瘁，死而后已”使后人对他的评价，然心有余而力不足，诸葛亮亲自率兵连年伐魏，却徒劳无功，最后还被司马懿拖死军中…

我一直都很想拿到这张奖券。但是第一次用奖章去兑换时因为去得太迟，和校长共进午餐券已经没有了。第二次我没仔细看，拿了一张奖券就走，回到教室才发现是张免作业券。这一次，时间一到，我就像装了马达一样，飞奔到换券的地方，排在了第一个。耶！这次我终于拿到了和校长共进午餐券。
妈妈看见了，问我：“饭米粒，你和校长共进午餐会不会紧张呀？”“我都叫饭米粒了，吃饭还会不淡定吗？！”我自信地说。
开心的一天过去了，我们迎来了新的一天。今天我要和校长共进午餐啦！一到学校，我就像“人大代表”一样，同学们七嘴八舌地建议我跟校长共进午餐时应该怎么说。
快要吃午饭啦。下课铃一响，我狂奔到大队部，和大队部的老师一起走向教师食堂。
一进教师食堂，我的眼睛有点跟不上节奏，一抬头，发现校长已经站在我面前，她穿着一条长裙，一双温和的眼睛正看着我。
我们一起坐下，校长的'脸上一直带着微笑，问我叫什么名字，是哪个班的。我从口袋里拿出校牌给她看。
我们一边吃一边聊。我向校长提了几个意见：希望学校图书馆里能增加一些英文绘本，希望把免作业券的次数从一次提到三次，希望午餐时间加长一点，希望厕所里能及时提供卫生纸……校长对每一条意见都认真地作出了回应。我告诉校长，这些意见是我们班的同学一起想出来的。校长点了点头。
最后，校长又问我喜欢什么。我高兴地说喜欢美术。校长说：“喜欢美术很好呀，将来你要是成了画家，可别忘了保俶塔学校是你的母校，记得把你的作品送给母校哦！”
午餐时间很快就过去了，我回到了自己的教室。
