单位有这样一个人，她每天都用仇视的目光看着别人。原因呢？说出来，你也许不信：因为她发现别人都比自己快乐。她觉得，每个人与她都是充满敌意的。于是她义无反顾地选择了保护自己。俗话说，先下手为强。每一天她都会怒火中烧。当别人兴高采烈地谈天，她以为别人在说她的闲话。别人越是高兴，她越是气愤。控制不住自己的时候，就借机破口大骂。仿佛那样她才能找到一些平衡，得到一丝安慰。所有人都不和她一般见识，可是她却愈演愈烈。每次骂完了，也能得到暂时的快感。但时间长了，她还是想不通：那些被自己骂的人怎么还是一如既往的\'快乐，看不到一点生气的样子。这是她最不能容忍的，于是就变本加厉。
时间久了，整个家的生活都被她毁掉了。每次她发泄完心中的怨气，丈夫不知要给人家说上多少好话。丈夫拿她没辙，总不能离婚吧。每天看见那个男人，都是面无表情的，像个木偶。偶尔笑笑，也是费了很大劲挤出来的。所有人都觉得他太可怜，上辈子做了什么孽，今世受这种折磨。孩子呢，天天蜗居在家里，没人和他玩耍，也没人敢和他玩耍。孩子是最怕孤独的，她哪里知道，因为她，一家人的快乐都被剥夺了。
她怎么会快乐呢？她用愤恨给自己做了个铜墙铁壁的笼子。愤恨愈深，笼子愈坚固。她把全家人都关进自己的笼子。她哪里知道，她伤害别人的时候，自己早已遍体鳞伤。
想想我们自己，有时候也给自己编织了各种各样的笼子：名利的，***的……为了达到目的，利令智昏，变得焦躁不安。到头来，没得到什么，却丧失了自己最宝贵的时光。到头来，我们被自己的弱点伤的一败涂地。
扫去心灵的灰尘吧！用一颗平和的心对待自己，更用一颗平和的心对待别人，对待世间万物。有多少宽容有多少释怀，就有多少开心有多少快乐。
别做一条紫斑鱼，不要自己伤害了自己。

若即若离的空气，若即若离的阳光，若即若离的欢笑，一切忽隐忽现。那叠不安分的覆满时光的印记，成为心里不期而遇的悸动。
手指不经意的遮住头顶直射的阳光，透过指缝，仍然刺得人眼发痛，晃动手掌，被手掌遮住的光影也在眼前摇晃起来……
我原以为任我挥霍的时间还很多，可是转眼间你已不在我身边了。
起风了，我走在回家的小路上，眼前的一切是如此熟悉，那个我们曾经一起走过三年的小路上，落叶、道路、梧桐树。记得那时还是一个陌生的你，陌生的我，为着一个同样并不重要的问题互不服气，一争上下。于是那条路上，便有了两个人的比赛；毫无悬念的比赛在你的要求下多了几次“奔波”，尽管你累得上气不接下气。最后，还是在我们爽朗的笑声中结束了。那笑声是那么的悦耳，以至于树上的叶子都为我们助兴伴舞。三年，鸟飞兔走，浮云流水，两年后的今天，再次走过这条小道，树叶把阳光分割得支离破碎，跌跌撞撞的再次走过，时间那么短，想做的事还有很多呢，这一切，恍如昨日。
