If I were a boy again, I would school myself into a habit of attention; I would let nothing come between me and the subject in hand. I would remember that a good skater never tries to skate in two directions at once.
The habit of attention becomes part of our life, if we begin early enough. I often hear grown up people say, I could not fix my attention on the sermon or book, although I wished to do so, and the reason is, the habit was not formed in youth.
If I were to live my life over again, I would pay more attention to the cultivation of the memory. I would strengthen that faculty by every possible means, and on every possible occasion. It takes a little hard work at first to remember things accurately; but memory soon helps itself, and gives very little trouble. It only needs early cultivation to become a power.
If I were a boy again, I would cultivate courage. Nothing is so mild and gentle as courage, nothing so cruel and pitiless as cowardice, says a wise author.
We too often borrow trouble, and anticipate that may never appear. The fear of ill exceeds the ill we fear. Dangers will arise in any career, but presence of mind will often conquer the worst of them. Be prepared for any fate, and there is no harm to be feared.

今天，我正在练习舞蹈的基本功，这时门响了。爸爸开了门，只听门外有一个阿姨在跟爸爸说话，我仔细一听原来是电视台的主持人来我家拍一个我爱我家的节目，我喜出望外。
以前我在电视上看过这个节目，那时候，我想：如果我也能上这个节目那该多好呀！现在机会来了，你说我能不高兴吗？
我一蹦三跳的把主持人迎进了屋里，又从冰箱里拿出了几个苹果，利索的洗干净后放到盘子里请叔叔阿姨品尝，叔叔阿姨都不住夸我：多好的小姑娘呀！叔叔问我：你就是岳铭小朋友吧？我说：是的。接着就把拍摄的事例讲给我听，并告诉我：不要紧张，怎么问，你就怎么回答，说实话。
接着试拍开始了，我们一家三口坐到沙发上，主持人先让我和大家见了面，然后主持人问我：你爱你的家吗？当然爱了。我回答。为什么？因为有疼爱我的爸爸和妈妈，让我感受到了家的.温馨。我说。你在家都干些什么？我回答：帮妈妈做家务，有空时看一些课外书。问：你平时都看些什么课外书呢？答：都看一些《格林童话》、《伊索寓言》之类的书。问：你觉得看课外书对你有什么帮助吗？答：看课外书能开阔我的视野，使我学到更多书本上没有的知识。问：你除了看课外书还有什么爱好呢？答：喂小鸡。说到小鸡，我得插两句，原来我去姥姥家走亲戚，看到舅舅喂了许多小鸡，回来缠着妈妈要小鸡，妈妈就给我买了几只。小鸡非常可爱，我放学后总要先看看小鸡怎么样，给它喂食。主持人又问：可以让我们看看你的那只小鸡吗？我说：可以。
接下来是问爸爸妈妈的话，爸爸妈妈都一一做了回答。拍完了，主持人说：让我们来看看效果吧！我们来到摄像机前，摄像师打开摄像机我们从头到尾看了一遍可惜光线太暗了，人都模糊不清。我们只好又一次坐在沙发上按原来的顺序又重新拍了一遍。我想：这一遍应该成功了吧！我们带着期盼的心情再次打开了摄像机，画面出来了，很清晰。咦？怎么听不到声音呢？摄像师检查了一遍原来是麦克风出了故障主持人说：看来我们得再拍一遍了。我们又拍了一遍，这次无论是画面还是声音都非常清晰非常成功。
摄制组带着满意的心情离开了我家。我感慨的想：看来干什么都不容易呀！我原以为当主持人非常轻松，看来我想错了。现在我一定要好好学习，打好基础，今后才能为社会做出大的贡献。我是多么希望早日在电视上看到我，希望有更多的小朋友认识我、了解我、帮助我，和我交朋友。
今天真是一个有意义的日子。

Last Saturday,with all my classmates and teachers,I went on a trip to the nature park .We departed from school at about half past seven and spent about 40 minutes travelling to our destination.When we first entered into the park,all of us were shocked by the natural beauty and the hamonized ecosystem of the park.Then,happily we were playing games on the sand; swimming in the pool and taking with our friends on the grassplot.After lunch break,our programs were continued with an contest of story narating held and each of us was immerging within the funny stories We left the part at about 5 o\'clock,and unitl now,most of us are still haunted by the beautiful memory of that trip.
