重庆首溪建材有限公司位于xx区万古镇曹家村*组，法定代表人***，主要从事建材材料混凝土生产及销售。检查当日，该公司正在生产。现场生产线、堆料场物料全封闭，生产废水不外排。该公司在生产时料场有噪声产生，按照环境影响报告表内容采取了的隔音降噪措施，并通过了区环保局竣工验收。但由于该公司距离附近居民较近，夜间生产时的'车辆等产生的噪声对周边住户有一定影响。
该公司办有工商、税务等手续，办有排污许可证(20xx.9.1—20xx.8.31渝(足环排证(声〔20xx〕058号，排放时间为8:00—22:00，噪声限值为60分贝。
二、处理情况
