（1）根据孩子好动的心理，创设科学环境。
我们可以利用废弃的纸筒制做望远镜，可以提供木块、小钉、小锤，教孩子做简单的玩具，如小桌椅子、小床等，培养初步构造玩具的能力。通过玩泥、玩沙还可以培养初步制做模型的能力。利用磁铁做钓鱼游戏，给孩子适当的科学环境，以发展关于科学的技能和兴趣。
（2）文明的行为举止，积极的人际交往环境。
文明的行为举止，有助于人们之间关系融洽、和睦、协调，有助于形成良好的人际关系环境，从小养成高尚的品德和行为习惯。但是文明的举止最好有一套合理的能被孩子接受的规则来明确，要做到语言文明得体，使用礼貌用语，并注意说话的态度、方式，做到和气、文静、谦逊，举止动作优雅合适，坐有坐相，站有站样。多给孩子提供动手劳动的机会，让孩子多动手多参与劳动，体验劳动的快乐，培养幼儿的劳动习惯，培养儿童自己独立的能力。

最近，深入研读了刘晓东教授的著作《儿童文化与儿童教育》，感受很多，收获也很大。结合自己30年的工作实践，深刻感受到儿童教育在目前阶段面临的巨大挑战和困惑。人类用智慧创造了环境，文化产品是人类智慧的表达和反应。中西方文化由于民族文化的不同而各具特色。西方文化一味的强调征服自然、改造自然，最终造成了环境破坏，而中国文化强调的是人与自然和谐统一，美与善统一。那么，中国文化的特色是什么？众说不一，如果用一句话来概括中国文化的话，我国著名学者张岱年先生、季羡林先生和汤一介先生都曾经说过，就是“天人合一”。“天人合一”是中国文化最精髓的地方，“天人合一”就是强调人和自然和谐相处。
在人类精神产品中，文化是最灿烂的一颗明珠。从三四岁开始，幼儿开始逐渐注意到实际物体与符号之间的关系，自然地对人类文化发生兴趣，他们会在某一个特定的自己感兴趣的领域内提出自己的疑惑或是想象，而且开始有强烈的求知***，并进行探索。在这一时期，他们的观察力开始成熟，开始萌发创造性的思维，操作动手能力开始形成，这时成人应该帮助孩子进入到对文化本质的学习和探索，而不是限于表面知识的记忆。在这一时期，孩子们对学习文字、故事的形式非常感兴趣，而且，孩子开始热烈地吸收一切来自自然界的知识，他们对自然的探索兴趣会非常浓厚。
孩子们会对音乐产生热爱、对动植物表现出关心照顾、对天文地理产生兴趣和疑惑，并力求追问为什么。那么，这一时期，我们应该做些什么呢？
