看着满纸垃圾的图片，心中不由得感慨，我们城市垃圾何时变得如此之多了。
我们每天都在制造垃圾，每时每刻，每分每秒都有几千万吨的垃圾从城市运到垃圾处理站进行焚烧、填埋，可是哪有那么多多余的空地给我们来填埋垃圾呢？
答案当然是没有，也不可能会有，土地那么金贵，人类住房都快没有位置了，动物们的家也都受到了严重的破坏。
在杭州一所垃圾处理工地，在拣厨余垃圾的工作间，除了大批量的残余饭羹，还有数不胜数的塑料袋以及日用品垃圾，这些不应出现在厨房中的垃圾，只能由工人一样一样的挑拣出来，大大的增加了人工成本，而这些都是因为我们随手一扔造成的。
还有一个触目惊心的画面，这些剩饭剩菜都是满车满车的被当作垃圾运出去，这些都是一车一车的粮食啊，过去的中国，温饱没有解决的年代，吃饭时候一粒米都不愿剩的年代，那么珍贵的粮食如今却被人们一车车的倒掉。看到这里，忍不住留下了泪。这是多么珍贵的粮食！如果当今中国仅靠自己国家所种之粮仅仅能撑三个月，粮食远远还没有达到富余的状态，如果真的不能再生产，到时候后悔怎么来得及。那我们又要重新回到贫困国家苟延残喘。
其实在我们学校这样的情况也很多，一桶一桶剩饭菜运出去倒掉，农民会说些什么呢，看着自己辛辛苦苦种出来的粮食被无情的浪费，会哭吧，会觉得受辱吧。
越是便捷就越是有人在背后辛辛苦苦的付出。这句话被深深的映入脑海。
而我们又能做些什么呢？

不乱扔乱丢？
还是说不停的宣传？
举手之劳我们都不能做到，每天都在不停的制造垃圾。这，对得起谁？
我们应该从现在做起，用实际行动为打造绿色城市而努力。

“垃圾分类，从我做起”，这句话是许多人常说的话，可是，他们只是动了动嘴巴，而没有真正的去实践，就算去做了，但也做得不正确，当我遇到他人乱扔垃圾时，做为“环保小卫士”的我，就会上前去阻止，然而，他们却丈二和尚摸不着头脑地说自己已经将垃圾扔进垃圾桶了，为何还要责怪他，一脸的恼怒，我作为一名合格的环保小卫士，现在就将懂得的关于“垃圾分类”的小知识普及
垃圾分类，那可不是简单地将垃圾随意地扔进一只大大的垃圾桶就行了，而是在丢弃前先要将垃圾进行分类，在小区等地，一般垃圾桶都会有四个，也就是我们要将垃圾分成四类，它们分别是：厨房垃圾、可回收物垃圾、有害垃圾和其它垃圾。下面听我慢慢地讲解这四种垃圾的区别：
“厨房垃圾”指的是餐饮者、单位食堂等在生产过程中所产生的餐厨废弃物，还有居民家庭生活中产生的厨房垃圾和集贸市场产生的易腐性垃圾。如：苹果的果皮、过期的食品和每天吃剩下来的饭菜等，就属于厨房垃圾。
“可回收物垃圾”是指一些没有被污染的、适宜回收与资源利用的生活垃圾。如：我们打草稿的废弃纸类，塑料和金属制品等。
“有害垃圾”是指一些对人类健康或者给自然环境造成直接或者潜在危害的生活垃圾。比如：***妈的废弃化妆品、家里过期的药品，还有废旧的灯管等都属于这类垃圾。
“其它垃圾”是指除了以上三种垃圾之外的其它生活垃圾。比如：外卖的一次性包装餐具盒、破旧的碗、陶瓷品、还有爸爸吃的烟蒂等，就是属于这类的垃圾。
