麻婆豆腐油亮富有光泽，每一块豆腐棱角分明，每一处裂缝都沾着哪细腻柔滑的汁水，豆腐则是和汁水融在一起，汁水是棕色它也是棕色汁水什么色它就是什么色，花椒面棕里透白，美而不虚，好似一尊雕塑，一看见它，顿觉心旷神怡，爽啊！那种香气飘飘的味道还没出锅了，满店里充满了它的香味，一端上来更不用说了，汁水的辣，和花椒的气息上升到我的鼻子中，那麻辣的香气不断刺激着我的鼻子，催促我的味蕾去品尝它。一碰它具有弹性，表面是一层极有韧性，里面是一层白白的口感细腻柔滑，口齿留香的豆腐，在筷子的裹挟中，它变成你干了一滩“稀泥”。

记得我第一次吃麻婆豆腐时，不管三七二十一，夹一块就往嘴里送，啊，好烫！那时我才明白“心急吃不了热豆腐”是什么意思。第二次我吸取教训，吹一吹，再吹一吹，先尝一口豆瓣酱，再吃一口豆腐，这豆腐吃起来嫩嫩的，简直就是神仙才能品尝的美味，用一句话概括“此味只应天上有，人间难得几回尝！”我敢说谁见这麻婆豆腐肯定是“口水流了三千尺”好了不说了，再说下去盘里的豆腐就要被我爸抢光了。
