入睡前，我在被子里拉起妈妈的手，感受到的不是像牛奶般丝滑也不是纤细的双手。 如年轮般有规律的老茧硌着我的手也深深硌着我那强烈的自尊心。想起来妈妈每天要做的家务，我想，这一定是妈妈那双令我伤心的手的源泉。
第二天，我悄悄的把衣服洗了，地扫了拖了。我想，这很快就能让妈妈的手变得漂亮了吧。后来我发现，我洗过的衣服没有洗干净，白色的泡泡还残留在上面；地板上想象中的一尘不染也不存在，头发丝、藏在角落的尘埃，都被我粗心的略过。看着这被我折腾得狼藉的家务，妈妈一言不发，像是知道我心里所想，只是默默从阳台上取下衣服，重新漂净，地板也重新拖过，望着阳台上迎风飘扬的衣服，淡淡洗衣粉的清香引来清风的青睐，地板焕然一新如同打了腊一般，我羞愧的回头，看见妈妈正在捞米水，白色的米水中，妈妈的手就像一条鱼一样自在灵活的游着，往日令我刺痛的老茧也犹如鱼身上美丽的鱼鳞。我幡然醒悟，我终于明白，小美妈妈的手好看只是好看，而我妈妈的手看似平凡普通，内里却妙趣横生。在她手下一团复杂的毛线球如同赋予了生命一般，听话、井然有序的变成了一条温暖精致的毛衣。
布满老茧又何妨，那是岁月偏爱的模样。
