爸爸当你在上海工作的时候，很少回来。可你常常给我打电话，问我在学校好不好，问我在学校表现怎么样。我是多么想让你开心啊。你每次从上海回来，都会给我带好吃的，我吃着你给我买的东西，心里暖暖的。
记得在一个夜无人寂的晚上，我有点发烧。吃了点药就和爸爸妈妈睡觉了。到了三更半夜的时候，我突然发烧39度，我马上叫爸爸妈妈起床。我爸爸摸了一下我的额头，大惊失色地说：“不好，国豪发高烧了。”爸爸妈妈很快穿好衣服，爸爸把我背了起来。把我送到了医院，打了吊针。我会想起爸爸妈妈为我紧张的时候，我心存感激不尽。
爸爸妈妈我真的让你们操心了，我一定会报答你们的。

英国哲学家培根是过：“哺育子女是动物也有的本领，赡养父母才是人类的文明之举。”是啊，羊会喂养小羊，乌鸦也会反哺。但是，身为高等动物的人类呢?报纸上不知报道了多少父母把子女告上法庭的事，难道是他们不懂的爱护自己的子女吗?不是，而是他们孩子的行为已经让他们感到心寒了，在把子女告上法庭的时候，当判决书下来的时候，父母多希望自己的子女可以真心的赡养自己，希望孩子真的可以认识到自己错了。可是他们错了，孩子的态度只会跟加恶劣，他们只会认为自己的父母让他们丢了脸，出了丑，在别人面前抬不起头，他们哪里会想到，当他们出现在法庭上，出现在父母对面的时候，父母的心在流血;当他们败诉的时候，哀怨的眼神把父母的心都给撕裂了。他们不知道，父母无时无刻不在为他们着想呀!
还记得某年春晚的时候，潘长江一家和乐融融出现在电视中，给某些人带来的，，只是一个小品，一阵欢乐，而这一幕在美国人眼中，却是不可想象的。美国人认为，这是中国人生活中的一部分，是中国人生活的真实反映。他们认为，中国人尊老爱幼、赡养父母是全世界做得最好的。我们丢掉的，发达国家的人却拾了起来，这难道不是一种讽刺吗?
其实，中国也有很多人在这方面做得很好。田世同在2004年不是被评为感动中国人物之一的孝子吗?中国政府不是在不断弘扬中国的传统美德吗?尤其是尊老爱幼、孝敬父母这一方面，中国政府更是从来没有忘记过。因为，中华民族是一个懂得感恩的民族，中华民族是一个懂得回报的民族。古语云;“滴水之恩当涌泉相报”，更何况是生养之恩呀!不论是现代的政府，还是古代的皇帝、诗人，他们都在用他们自己的力量、自己的形式来表现这一美德，弘扬这一美德。
让我们重新看待自己，让我们听听自己的心声，让我们来孝顺父母，让中华民族以美德屹立于世界民族之吧!

“You always say that I am naive. In your eyes, I am always the little girl who will never grow up”. This is my favorite song and also the sound from the bottom of my heart. You made me feel so lucky to be your child. But I find our hearts getting further apart as time goes by.
You strictly forbid me to do entertaining activities even if I finished my homework, such as watching TV or playing computer games. Based on this, I couldn’t get any grade less than A. Its said that genius only means hard-working all one’s life. But I think combining exertion is the best way for learning.
The most important thing to me was that I feel frustrated for having few friends to confide in due to your strict rules. I can’t have a play date, participate in a school play or even choose my own extracurricular activities. Who will accept such a boring and troublesome person? I am just an ordinary girl who can’t stand loneliness, so I always feel contradictory.
On the one hand, I’m grateful to have you in my life, to disappoint you was the least I would do. On the other hand, what you asked for me made me felt like a puppet rather than a real person. I appreciated your efforts to pull me away from a self-indulgent life, but your obsessively extravagant strictness has pushed me into an isolated and insensible one. I need a little freedom so that I will concentrate on something I really interested in.
