《父母课堂》告诉我：“父母好好学习，孩子天天向上。”她以循循善诱的语言告诉我们，作为父母要和孩子一起成长。字里行间洋溢着指路明灯似的爱。从那时起，我便爱上了她。
《父母课堂》告诉我：儿童心灵的启蒙是从家庭教育开始的，“父母是孩子的第一任老师”即是如此。在家庭中，母亲的角色是至关重要的，从孩子出生以后甚至于在母亲的身体里孕育开始，母亲就会在孩子的心中播下一粒粒语言的种子。当种子在孩子的心中扎根时，亲子之间建立起的.亲密关系是无法切断的。所以让语言，特别是带有感情的温暖的、生动的的语言，深植于孩子的心中，会促进孩子心智的健全发展，而不是机械的语言。
在和孩子一起成长的过程中有一件事给我印象最深刻。孩子放学后照例写作业拖拖拉拉，直到吃晚饭也没写完。由于之前正好读了《父母课堂》中“惩罚的第一原则——对成长有利”，饭后我强压怒火，用最平常的语调和他交谈，告诉他他已经长大了，有能力对自己做的事情负责，我不希望明天再看到今天这个结果。孩子非常痛快地承认了错误，从此以后改掉了做事拖拉的毛病。事后孩子告诉我，当时他已经有了心理准备迎接妈妈的暴风骤雨，但是由于我首先没有发火，使得孩子对自己的错误产生了深刻地反省，从而改掉了坏习惯。
直到现在我都非常庆幸，如果我当时发了火，如果没有《父母课堂》，我的孩子会不会是今天这样的优秀……
我把《父母课堂》当作我的社会大学，在教育孩子的道路上的指路明灯，她给所有的父母以启迪，烛照我们模糊的认识，使我受益匪浅。

First and the most important is that thank you for bringing me to this world. During the 20 years, you have done a lot for me, but I haven’t realized how much I love you until I left home to the university. I understand how much effort you have cost to bring me up. At last, I want to say “thank you” is that you always support my choice. You never forced me to do anything I was not interested in. You told me to pursuit my own dreams without hesitation and you would support me forever. You also told me to how to be a human. Now I become an optimistic and cheerful girl and I feel happy every day.
I really miss you when I am writing this thank you letter. I can’t wait to go home to share more time together with you.You are my most important people in the world and I will love you forever.
