（一）加强教师队伍建设，提高教育教学质量
加强小学教师队伍的建设使提升小学教育教学管理水平的基础，小学教师队伍的建设，主要是要求教师具有较高的个人素质及道德水平，合理的采用现代化教学方式提出个人的观点。学校应该为教师的建设提供机会，切实落实新课程改革的要求，加强教学队伍建设。
（二）转变教学管理理念
在新形势下社会对人才的需求提出了较高的要求，学校是为社会培养和输送人才的主要场所，要培养高素质人才就要对教学管理水平进行不断提升，更好的满足学生对学习的需求，同时要求教师要对传统教学方式及教学理念进行创新和完善，鼓励学生主动积极的融入到教学中，充分发挥学生在学习中的地位，不断提高学生的学习积极性。教师在制定教学管理制度之前，与学生进行有效的沟通，掌握学生个性特点，结合学生实际情况，制定相应的教学管理方案，对其实现有效管理。此外，教师还需要对教学评价体系进行完善，不能只把考试成绩作为评价学生的标准，教师要全面的对学生进行教学评价，对学生在教学中的参与度加以重视。同时，教学评价不仅包括教师对学生的评价，还包括学生与学生之间的自我评价，学生在自我评价汇总找出自身学习的缺陷，采用针对性的问题进行调整。教师可以培养学生养成良好的学习习惯，促进学生学习效率的不断提升。
（三）加强师生德育教育
在小学教育教学中要加强对学生的德育教育，这是提升校园文化的基础。学校管理者要加强对师生的德育教育工作，可以聘请一些的与专家进校为学生和教师进行对于知识讲座，这样可以让师生之间面对面的进行交流，有助于解答师生之间经常遇到的问题。还可以合理使用学校的资源，利用学校广播站和宣传栏，向师生宣传一些德育方面的知识，争取提升师生对德育教育的认识，保持良好的精神面貌。小学教育教学管理工作主要是为了实现教育人才为目的，将教学管理和德育进行结合，体现了教学的有效性。
（四）完善小学教育教学管理制度
系统具有很强的规范性，以促进小学教育管理创新，必须将小学教育教学管理关进制度的“笼子”，不仅要进一步健全和完善管理制度，同时也提高了系统的执行效果。这就要求在小学教育教学管理工作，对不能适应当前的“新课程”的管理制度进行清理，并根据新课标的要求，按照教育教学目标管理，制定新的教育管理制度，更与“新课程要求的教育教学工作的管理。除了完善的管理系统，最重要的是要提高这方面的“执行”制度，除了增加激励措施，最重要的是提高质量管理水平，加强师资队伍管理、教育和培训，使他们全面提升管理能力，并能在教学管理中发挥更大的作用，促进小学教育管理进入一个更加良性的发展轨道。
（五）课堂要多元互动
在传统课堂教学中，学生的主体地位被忽视，老师一味的进行讲课，学生听讲，老师在教室里是演讲者，学生是听众，导致师生互动缺乏双向交流，不利于构建和谐课堂，甚至会使学生失去了主动学习，浪费了学生的好奇心和创造力。小学教育背景下的?n堂教学应该提倡学生参与新课程教学改革的全过程，明确课堂的主体是学生而不是老师，老师的引导，将学生引入到教学的实施现状，教师和学生的互动，讨论解决教学目标的问题。教师要在教学中做良师益友，必须是好朋友，与学生一起交流合作，营造和谐健康的课堂。每一位教育工作者都应该意识到，在新的课堂教学中，多元互动是教学的亮点。只有多元互动，才能把教学提高到一个更高的层次，才能让学生全面发展，才能使课堂教学事半功倍。

Country Garden and Me
On the way from Panyu City to Shunde City and approaching the conjunction point of both cities, a big advertisement board of the infamous Country Garden will catch your eyes. And on the board, a lovely girl gently holds a little white pigeon.
She looks at everybody with a sweet smile. Who is this girl? Let me tell you later. Country Garden is located at the Beijao town, Shunde City of Guangdong Province. Ten years ago when my Dad and Mom took me as a baby to Guangzhou, it was a wasteland here. But what does this piece of wasteland look like nowadays? Country Garden has been developed and enlarged rapidly on the ground of this land, and a great number of high-quality houses and apartments have been built up within the garden. Over the past decade, other nine country gardens with various unique designs have been erasing around the great city of Guangzhou. The construction and management of several gardens have engaged the devoted contributions from my Dad and Mom.
Country Garden has grown up together with me, and I am one of the witnesses of its growth and development.

“You always say that I am naive. In your eyes, I am always the little girl who will never grow up”. This is my favorite song and also the sound from the bottom of my heart. You made me feel so lucky to be your child. But I find our hearts getting further apart as time goes by.
You strictly forbid me to do entertaining activities even if I finished my homework, such as watching TV or playing computer games. Based on this, I couldn’t get any grade less than A. It is said that genius only means hard-working all one’s life. But I think combining exertion is the best way for learning.
The most important thing to me was that I feel frustrated for having few friends to confide in due to your strict rules. I can’t have a play date, participate in a school play or even choose my own extracurricular activities. Who will accept such a boring and troublesome person? I am just an ordinary girl who can’t stand loneliness, so I always feel contradictory.
On the one hand, I’m grateful to have you in my life, to disappoint you was the least I would do. On the other hand, what you asked for me made me felt like a puppet rather than a real person. I appreciated your efforts to pull me away from a self-indulgent life, but your obsessively extravagant strictness has pushed me into an isolated and insensible one. I need a little freedom so that I will concentrate on something I really interested in.
Father and mother, these words were hid in my deep heart for a long time. I love you, and I believe if you change some harsh rules. I will have a wonderful life.
