开学之初，家长要和孩子一起做开学的准备，让他们精力充沛、信心十足地进入新的学校，在此，给家长几点建议：
1．让孩子“倒时差”
放假时，许多孩子的生活秩序被打乱了，常常是看电视或上网到很晚，早上便贪睡不按时起床。这种状况如果不改变，孩子的心理就还在“放假”，开学后很难适应正常的学习生活。在开学前几天要调整好作息时间，杜绝睡懒觉和看电视无度的情况，家长要督促孩子按时起床、吃饭。
2．制定新学期目标
向孩子说明即将到来的初中学习的快乐，耐心倾听孩子对新学期的想法，并给予适时指导。新学期开学前，每个学生几乎都会给自己确立一个新目标，父母应充分利用孩子的这种行为，与他们共同商量新学期的目标。这个目标要切实可行，适合孩子的实际。
3．翻看新课本
家长可以与孩子一起翻看一下新课本，把开学初要学的东西浏览一下，做个简单地预习。
4．整理好学习用具
家长协助小孩将各科教材包好书皮，准备好笔记本、草稿本。配好相关常用的文具，如笔、橡皮、三角尺等。
从小学进入初中，每个孩子都会有着或长或短的不适应期，这都是正常的，我也相信在家长、老师的细心帮助照顾下能够适应新的学习生活。

1、有序的生活，安全的保障
家长应使生活有序，有规律，让孩子始终保持充沛的精力、良好的情绪，才不容易发生意外事故。父母要经常告诫孩子什么事有危险，什么事不应该做，应该怎样做，让孩子知道什么样的事有危险，后果会怎样，应当怎样避免。另外，孩子如果有特异体质或有疾病，应更加提醒其注意，并将情况告知学校。
2、户户离不开火，家家须防火
常言道“十灾九大意”，只要认真防火，提醒孩子谨慎用火，不玩火，增强防火意识，就会避免火灾。安全使用煤气罐，最好严禁孩子独立操作；夏季使用蚊香要注意，远离衣物、木器等可燃物；还要注意不让家用电器超负荷使用。教给孩子防火的措施，一旦家中着火，不要慌，应根据火情及时采取相应的措施：油锅着火用盖盖，气罐着火先断气，家电着火先拉闸，房内着火不开窗，火势已大要报警，……
3、家庭用电安全
整好线路，安好电器，防止漏电，教给孩子正确的使用方法，是家长的责任。还要提醒孩子雷雨天不使用电器，更不要使用电话；睡觉时，不使用电褥子；如果电路出现问题，不让孩子动手修理。
4、预防食物中毒
不买不吃不新鲜和腐败变质的食品；买回的蔬菜要在清水中浸泡半个小时以上，并多换几次水，防止农药中毒；不买无证摊贩的食品，不买三无食品或其它不规范的食品；不吃有毒的食品，如河豚鱼、毒蘑菇等；家中如存放农药，应远离厨房和粮食；有病服药要遵医嘱，要按说明书服用。
5、预防伤害
不许吸烟，不许喝酒；不许携带管制刀具和危险品；远离黄、赌、毒。

Because we have two months to do things we love to do.We are free.Although we have some homework.But we can finish them in several days.And the rest time we can make good use of.My god! We have been very tired after hard studying.In summer holidays,I want to have full sleep and eat good food in order to replenish myself. Last but not the least,I will have a good rest.
