I want to use English freely and talk to people, but my spoken English is very bad.Language is a kind of habit, I find it hard to correct his poor pronunciation, this makes me very distressed, but I have worked very hard in the improved.

一直想多看一些书来提高自己，充实自己，感谢主任给我创造了这个机会，拿到《用尊重成就孩子的一生》这本书的时候我的心情是很愉悦的，好像书里的知识已经可以为我所用了。
看了蔡真妮书，体会到中西方的教育和文化的差异，印象当中很多在美国长大的孩子总是充满自信与快乐，独立自主又坚强，健康阳光又富有创造力。虽然我们的教育背景与美国存在差异，但是美国的教育方式还是有很多值得我们学习的地方的。美国社会一直奉行赏识教育，适时的表扬和夸赞有助于增强孩子的自信，塑造良好的品德和行为，但也要有一定的章法，如果夸奖被滥用，不仅达不到鼓励孩子的目的，和可能让孩子变得骄纵自大，要使夸奖能够打动孩子应遵行这样几个原则：
一、表扬要具体
二、表扬孩子付出的努力而不是结果。
三、在孩子失败后鼓励。
四、公开场合表扬孩子的好行为。
五、不要事先赞扬。
六、少用物质奖励。心理学家解释说：奖品虽然可以强化某个行为，但它会使人的兴趣集中在奖品上，而对被奖励的行为本身失去了兴趣。
随着我们教育理念的逐渐改变，现在我们有些家长也很认同赏识教育，并且运用的毫不吝啬。那么如何更好的诠释这一教育方式，我们大多数人还是很难掌握好。因为实践证明一味的夸奖会使孩子出现认识上的偏颇，他们的优越感增强，却不能接受别人比他表现的更好。甚至不能容忍别人对自己的一点点否定。现在我从蔡真妮这里知道了，赏识教育是要讲究运用方法的。这六条原则，我会运用到以后的教育教学生活中，相信孩子们也会学会正确对待别人的赞赏。
尊重孩子并不是对孩子惟命是从，而是从各种角度培养孩子的的自主、独立的意识，比如书中写道的：孩子对学习兴趣以及职业的选择；培养孩子做家务，对自己的生活起居负责；甚至允许一些符合孩子年龄特点的任性……这种尊重是对孩子成长的尊重，能增加孩子的自信，培养孩子的能力。
对于孩子成长过程中遇到的有代表性的问题，书中都为我们指明了方向，主要从对尊重的诠释；对孩子知识与能力的培养；美国父母的教育方式；有取舍的借鉴他人的教育方式；通过实例总结出来的教育反思；教育方式要根据实际环境灵活掌握几个方面做了详细的介绍。读了这本书，让我反思平时在工作以及家庭教育中的行为，尊重孩子这句话说起来简单，但要真正做到并不容易。书中很多时候谈的都是生活中的琐事，我们也正是需要通过这些小事来努力，转变自己的观点，用爱与尊重成就孩子的一生。
今天我们作为一名幼教老师，更应看到孩子的优点，多鼓励孩子，尊重孩子，蹲下去多和孩子交流。让孩子生活在一个无拘无束，充满自信的世界里，是每个孩子的身心都得到充分自由的发展。请尊重、理解你的每一个学生，一句理解的话语，一个鼓励的眼神，一个赞许的微笑。这，也许换来是孩子们一生的自信和成就。

Hecan get good English grades as well, also, he loves helping otherswith their studies. He wears black and blue rimmed glasses all daylong, and maybe you know him. Many boys treat him as a boss, andare willing to listen to him.
Thirdly, perhaps you’re alsolooking for a student which can entertain the class and makeEnglish classes more interesting (a class clown. Then I recommendLeo, he jokes all day long, has a great sense of humor and crazyimagination. But he isn’t a classic good student, so perhapssometimes you’ll get a bit annoyed.
