放弃，多么的常见很多时候因为意志的不坚定而退缩逃避怯懦，放弃这件去做更容易或是更适合自己的事情。但，你可能会因一时的放弃而错过了良好的机遇，也可以因一时的坚持而尝到胜利的果实，而它，只在你的一念之间。
我也曾放弃过许多，但我庆幸我那一次确是咬牙坚持。

十圈的热身完毕，老师不约而同的到来。我们的脸涨得通红，似熟透的苹果，胸前此起彼伏，汗珠从头上流下，在金色的光芒下折射出异样的色彩。这时，体育老师面带微笑的告诉我们要和九年级进行一场比赛。我的心脏跳动的更快了，阳光不再温柔，变得格外耀眼，白云浮动的更快了，我们一张一合的嘴巴呈现出“o”字型，深深的皱起眉头，眉宇之间哀愁尽显。冲刺两圈。我们屏息凝视的站在起跑线上，紧绷着神经，目不转睛的盯着前方，握紧了拳头，等待一声哨响。“哔”的一声，我们似离弦的箭一样射出，我弓着身子，快速的向前奔跑，眼镜不断的滑落，可我始终没有去扶一下，我大口大口的喘着粗气，调整自己的呼吸，用眼睛的余光扫向我身边的人，不禁加快步伐，简直是在用生命奔跑，冲过第一圈，已经有人因体力不支而在旁边休息了，此时我的双腿如灌了铅一般，抬不起来了，为了能看见前方的路，我只能微仰起头跑步，我听见自己心脏跳动的声音，周围同学的鼓励声，后面同学紧跟的步伐声，我咬咬牙，心头一横，就剩半圈了，再坚持一下，坚持一下，还剩三百米，我居第一，可后面的紧跟其后，我想，反正我比他们小了一届，输了也不丢人，与其跑的上吐下泻，不如站在一旁。可转念一想，我都坚持了这么长时间，现在放弃，不就是把眼前的胜利拱手相让吗？不、不管结果如何，我一定要坚持下去。此时，哨声再次响起，这意味着开始冲刺，我舌头很干，嗓子特别疼，嘴里分泌着黏液，还有着一股浓浓的血腥味，胃中汹涌澎湃，眼前的颜色和场景却是分外的鲜明，亮丽的刺眼，就是这样，我努力的进行最后的冲刺，终于，我跑过了终点线。此时，传来同学们阵阵的欢呼雀跃声，没错，我赢了，我趴在同学背上，她说她感觉我的心脏要跳出胸膛，我累瘫了，两眼发黑，这让我想起第一次跑步的时候，上吐下泻。为了防止这样情况的发生，我没有坐下来，而是起身走了几圈。
本来我可以放弃，自然，别人也不会说什么。但是，因为我当时意志的坚定，我咬牙坚持下来，取得了胜利，我庆幸我没有半途而废，我庆幸我有坚定的意志。本来，我可以放弃！

1。 头绪分明，脉络清楚
写好记叙文，首先要头绪分明，脉络清楚，明确文章要求写什么。要对所写的事件或人物进行分析，弄清事件发生、发展一直到结束的整个过程，然后再收集选取素材。这些素材都应该跟上述五个“ W ”和一个“ H ”有关。尽管不是每篇记叙文里都必须包括这些“ W ”和“ H ”，但动笔之前，围绕五个“ W ”和“ H ”进行构思是必不可少的。
2。 突出中心，详略得当
在文章的框架确定后，对支持故事的素材的选取是很关键的。选材要注意取舍，应该从表现文章主题的需要出发，分清主次，定好详略。要突出重点，详写细述那些能表现文章主题的重要情节，略写粗述那么非关键的次要情节。面面俱到反而使情节罗列化，使人不得要领。这一点是写好记叙文要解决的一个基本问题，也需要一定的技巧。如：
