不该发生的事情发生了。那天中午放学,楼口特别拥挤,人们像搅成糨糊一样往前走。刚走到楼下,就听到有人惊叫,一扇窗户从四楼掉下来。一班的体育委员雨情早就吓傻了,根本顾不得逃了。若林机警地一推,雨情倒是闪开了,随之而来的是若林的惨叫。我们都吓了一跳,定睛看去,才发现若林的脚后跟被重重砸伤,早已痛昏在地。我们赶紧把她送往医务室检查。医生的话让我们很沮丧,若林近期内不能剧烈运动。可校运动会距离现在也只剩短短两个星期,这也就意味着运动会的重头戏1500米长跑,若林怕是参加不了了。
“还不是怪你,你也真是的,干嘛去救她?好歹她也是你赛场上的对手啊!”我近乎埋怨地说道。“可……”若林似乎还想争辩什么,我又匆匆打断了,“我也没说你救人不好。可是,你现在弄成这样,还怎么参加比赛?”“我没说我不参加不是比赛。”若林抢白道。“什么?你还想参加比赛?你有没有搞错啊?”我指着她打满石膏的脚,“就这样子,你还想参加比赛。算了吧,老兄。你不参加比赛,大家也会觉得情有可原,都会理解你。可要是你硬要上场,万一输了怎么办?你这个市长跑冠军的.脸往哪儿搁呢?”我不等若林接话一口气说了一大串。“不,比赛我肯定是要参加的。你不会明白,作为一个运动员,上不了赛场,才是最大的侮辱。”若林坚定的话语深深地震动了我,看着她扶着墙头,头也不回地消失在我的视野里,我心里打起了问号:“难道真的是我错了?”
赛场上,依旧可以听到震耳欲聋的“加油”声。再一看,若林明显落后了。她煞白的脸渗出细细的汗珠。只见若林咬紧牙关,努力向前冲,几个小碎步后,若林又跑在了前面,全场上又响起雷鸣般的掌声。
若林明显感到自己快不行了,离最后的冲刺还有500米。平时看起来短短的500米,此时对于她来说,是那么的漫长,又是那样的艰难。现在的她可以说是步履为艰。每次迈出腿时,她总觉得双腿灌了铅似的。眼见着别的运动员一个个超过自己,她却无能为力。然而,信仰幻化成力量支撑着若林,她告诉自己:决不能倒下。

1。 头绪分明,脉络清楚
写好记叙文,首先要头绪分明,脉络清楚,明确文章要求写什么。要对所写的事件或人物进行分析,弄清事件发生、发展一直到结束的整个过程,然后再收集选取素材。这些素材都应该跟上述五个“ W ”和一个“ H ”有关。尽管不是每篇记叙文里都必须包括这些“ W ”和“ H ”,但动笔之前,围绕五个“ W ”和“ H ”进行构思是必不可少的。
2。 突出中心,详略得当
在文章的框架确定后,对支持故事的素材的选取是很关键的。选材要注意取舍,应该从表现文章主题的需要出发,分清主次,定好详略。要突出重点,详写细述那些能表现文章主题的重要情节,略写粗述那么非关键的次要情节。面面俱到反而使情节罗列化,使人不得要领。这一点是写好记叙文要解决的一个基本问题,也需要一定的技巧。如:

记叙文要用具体的事件和生动的语言对人、事、物加以叙述。一篇好的记叙文的语言既要准确、生动,又要表现力强,这样才能把人、事描写得具体生动,其可读性才强。试比较下面一篇例文修改的前后效果。
