李教授说：“学会慢慢走，等一等自己的灵魂。”，一句话深深打动了我，曾几何时，为了余秋雨的《文化苦旅》，在宿舍里拿着小手电，对着敦煌石窟的王圆箓，悲愤交加。曾几何时，拿着三毛的《撒哈拉沙漠的故事》，看着山羊从天而降时，笑得流出了眼泪，那是少年时的阅读，那是滋润我生命的阅读!这些年，我走的太快，竟然忘记了等等自己的灵魂。真正有营养的阅读，是涉猎广泛，丰盈生命，拥有阅读的热情，经过岁月的积累和沉淀，解决问题的方式，不必刻意去寻找，已然在心里。
李教授介绍了四个系列的阅读书目，分别是一天读的，一周读的，一月读的，直至一生都要反复阅读的书，每本都从不同的角度，反思着生命，凝聚着智慧。
通过报告，我对写有了新的认识。写篇文章并不难，难的是，每天都写，从不间断!像报告中提到的，每上完一堂课，都做一次记录。这样日积月累的写，才是一个研究者的姿态。在下一阶段的教学中，我不敢保证自己有这样的毅力，能一天不落地书写我的教育生活，但是，我会有这个意识，尽自己的最大努力来书写。

在四川省雅安市，有一位名叫邓天芦的孝心少年，它才15岁，却承担起家庭重担。
他的妈妈得了关节炎，生活不能自理。它一出生就被送到外婆家寄养，直到3岁时才被领回家。从此，他就学着照顾妈妈：给妈妈穿袜子、穿鞋子。
现在，他是家的顶梁柱，缺他不可。他每天早晨，要帮妈妈编辫子，他编起辫子来，就像小女孩那样熟练，编完辫子，还要帮妈妈梳一下刘海。妈妈本来只是短发，但在他的精心照顾下，短发变成了长发。他每天放学回家，还要做饭。不到半小时，一桌丰盛的饭菜就端上来了。
