刘老师十分关心我们的学习。在上课时她的“监控”就会观察哪些同学不听讲，哪些同学愁眉苦脸的想着解题思路。观察了一会儿，他看到有些不听课的同学还在下面玩，便拿起粉笔“啪啪啪”地敲击黑板。那个同学听见了响声便认真听课。老师看到所有人注意力都集中了，就继续上课，有的同学知识并没有掌握，老师就花费休息的时间来给同学“补课”。同学们有不会的题，老师都会一一给解答。记得有一次，我去问老师题，老师细心地给我讲，生怕我有不懂的地方。老师的解答就像一把钥匙，把我百思不得其解的题像开锁一样揭开了答案。
刘老师不仅关心我们的学习，还十分关心我们的安全。一次有个同学受伤了，老师赶紧把他带到医务室，并关注着同学的反应，怕他会很疼。老师就像妈妈一样，一直呵护着我们。在下课的时候，老师就变成我们的好朋友，跟我们聊天。

我认识的老师中，班主任胡老师整天板着一张冷寞而严肃的面孔，胖胖的身材，以及让人捉摸不透的性格，给我留下了深刻的印象。
她中等的个头，在她又圆又大的脸上有着一双小小的眼睛，不是在她生气的时候，我们很难分辨是睁着的还是闭着的，不过我们总能看见从她眼皮的缝隙中射出犀利的目光，让我们望而生畏。
语文课上，她用那富有感染力的声音，引领我们在知识的海洋里自由翱翔，一起走进雨后的森林，一起领略大草原的风光，一起感叹祖国的繁荣富强……当我们正在沉浸在胡老师的语言魅力中时，班里的某个懒洋洋的男孩子正在趴在桌子上呼呼睡大觉，胡老师看见了气愤地走了过去，高高的举起她那只独一无二的“尚方宝剑”“咚咚”的两声就落在了他的课桌上，一个暗示的眼神，马上让这个迷失的孩子找到了方向，原本以为的狂风暴雨随风飘散，胡老师用她那温柔和善良，滋润着我们茁壮成长。
作业本上再细微的差错都逃不过胡老师的火眼金睛，面对同学们的每一个错误，胡老师都会用红色水性笔仔细的圈出记号，并在旁边打上括号，要求我们及时更正，她常说：“知错就改不算错，有错不改错上错”。我们应该做个知错就改的好孩子。每当作文本发下来时，我都会迫不及待地打开，找找有几句话用波浪线标出的好句，读一读胡老师写的评语，她那醒目的符号和如细雨给了我信心和力量，鼓励我奋力前进。
