these young people are wrong. in my opinion every student should have a knowledge of housework. after all, they will have a family of their own, and they should do their part in keeping a good home. boys should also learn to do housework, for what will they do if they remain single? though not all boys remain single, yet they will be very helpful in the family if they know some housework. anyhow they will not lose anything, but, on the contrary, they will gain something useful.
for what i said above, we can find some eamples of our fellow-students studying abroad. all young men do housework as girls do. someone would argue that we can employ servants. this is true. however, what shall we do if the servant leaves us and all things are left to ourselves? we just cannot leave our clothes as they are and let worms and ants eat them up. and what can we do it we go and study in a foreign country where servants are out our means to employ? we must work for ourselves. why not start to learn to do housework now or else it will be too late? everyone should learn to do housework. what do you think about my idea, boys and girls?

弹指一挥间，大二生活已即将结束，回顾这学期，服务营销学是我最喜欢的课程之一，服务营销学本以为是很枯燥的、无趣的，但刘老师讲课风趣横生、激-情四溢、结合实际、通俗易懂，加上那带有闽南口音的腔调，格外地好听。课堂上学习的不仅仅是理论知识，更重要的是很多做人做事的道理。下面就这两点做简要叙述。
我国的服务业生产总值占国民生产总值的比重已已升至40.3%，这跟发达国家的70%相比，还有很大的差距，所以发展空间很大。要知道服务业是带动就业能力最强的，所以在我国推广服务营销学有着重大的现实意义。
服务营销学是从市场营销学中派生出来的且异于市场营销的一门独立的学科，集中研究了在传统的4P组合不够用来推广服务的情况下，又增加了“人”、“服务过程”和“有形展示”3个变量，从形成了7P组合，服务营销最核心的就是这7P了，下面我大概的介绍下。
服务产品，服务产品的概念可以从顾客利益、服务观念、基本服务组合和服务递送体系来理解。服务企业在进行产品决策时，利用安索夫“产品/市场矩阵”形成了服务企业的4种增长矩阵，即市场渗透、新产品开发、市场开发和多角化经营。随着服务业的不断发展，市场竞争的日趋激烈，服务企业必须要重视开发新的服务产品。在服务营销中，企业要取得竞争优势必须要形成企业的服务特色，创造服务品牌，品牌能创造经济或社会效益。
服务定价，服务定价除了受成本、需求和竞争因素外，还受服务业特征的影响，企业在确定服务产品价格目标时，必须考虑产品的市场地位服务产品的生命周期阶段、价格的战略角度等因素。常用的有成本导向定价法、需求导向定价法和竞争导向定价法。
服务渠道，服务分销渠道是指服务从生产者移向消费者所涉及的一系列公司中间商。服务公司的销售渠道主要有直销和中介机构销售两种，比较创新一点的`有租赁服务、特许经营、在综合服务和准零售化等形式。
服务促销，促销是一种带有刺激的沟通，能够起到告知、劝说和提醒的功能，使顾客理解、接受服务企业的服务。服务促销组合包括广告、人员推销和公共关系等。
服务人员，服务是通过服务人员与顾客的交往完成的，服务人员的行为对企业的服务质量起着决定性作用。只有对员工好，员工才会对你的顾客好。
服务过程，它是服务营销组合中的一个主要因素，可以分为线性作业、订单生产、间歇性作业等。提高服务业生产率，主要靠提高服务员工的素质、采用系统化合高科技服务和引入新服务等。
服务有形展示，服务企业通过对服务工具、设备、员工、信息资料和价格表等为顾客提供有形的服务线索增强顾客对服务的理解和认识，加强顾客对企业的信任度。
除了这些我们将来工作所必不可少的理论知识外，在课堂上我们还学到了很多为人处事的道理。做营销的就是要“吃千辛万苦，说千言万语，走千山万水，想千方百计”，确实不错，我们毕业出来必须得从业务员做起，天天要“扫大街”，不付出努力是不可能成功的，营销人员除了这吃苦耐劳的韧性外还要悟性和灵性，这“三性”对营销人员很重要。还有就是我们生活中做人的道理，卖产品其实就是在卖自己，我们先让顾客喜欢自己，进而才会喜欢我们的产品。怎样让顾客喜欢自己呢首先要“嘴上有蜜，脸上有花”，时刻保持温馨的微笑，然后是我们的穿着打扮，什么样的场合穿什么样服装，让人看起来要整洁大方得体，再者就是我们的内涵，一个人的涵养不是一天两天形成的，而是长时间的不断地积累潜移默化的形成的，那么怎样提高我们的内涵呢首先我们要读书，从书中汲取先辈贤达的智慧和品德;其次是要掌握多种技能，什么都要略知一二，知识面要广;最后是我们要学会说话的艺术，我们要懂得什么话该说，什么话不该说等等。

我们知道，金融机构经营的都是货币这种特殊产品，各机构推出的具体金融工具也都大同小异，所以唯一可以在商业行为中确保竞争优势的途径就是他们提供服务的质量，由此，各机构必须不断进行市场研究，根据市场需求开发产品，进行促销和客户关系维护等等。为此，在本书的序中说：“银行需要一种业务营销方法，而这本书恰好为他们提供了发展和应用的方向。”
本书除了内容非常值得一读，能有效地促进各金融机构提高金融服务营销水平外，在形式上也比较有特色，书中增加了大量的表格和图示等内容，为此，在目录部分，除了一般书籍所具有的目录外，还专门设置了“表目录”、“图目录”和“专栏目录”，分别将书中的表、图和专栏进行了汇总，非常便于读者查找。其中，专栏目录更是本书的一个重要特色，所谓专栏就是书中的案例研究、例证分析、典型实例，以及有关英国和海外各式金融服务部门实际状况的描述，有助于更准确、更深入地强调所探讨的主题，如：“预测：如何获得保险客户”、“运用传播组合以孩子为目标推销储蓄”、“房屋互助协会的合理化策略”、“针对小型企业部门的银行营销策略”等等专栏，不仅有助于说明各个主题，而且大大增强了生动性和可读性，能够引导读者继续读下去，从而开阔自己的服务营销视野，提高金融服务营销水平。
看完《金融服务营销学》，自己感觉收获很大，让我更加坚定了学好本专业的信心。
