Secondly，I insist on reading English books and newspapers every day.I also keep on oral pratice.
In my spare time,I will take an active part in activitise.I can gain the first hand imformations through the activitise which can help me to extend my knowlege.

the summer vacation had come round again. i was happy that i could forget about school at least for a while. lest i fool around all through this summer vacation, i made a plan as to how to spend it. first, i thought i should go over all those things my teachers taught in the previous term so that i could have a better understanding of them.
then i thought i should take up some forms of exercise, such as walking, running and rowing, to keep me physically strong. it stood to reason that with such a good plan i should make the best of my vacation time. i did, because i lived up to what i had planned.

人生犹如一只航船，只有经历一次又一次的惊涛骇浪，品味一次次的艰难险阻，才能到达成功的彼岸。
人的一生不可能一帆风顺，总会遇到种种挫折，只有这样，才能使我们尝尽成长中的“酸甜苦辣”，品味人生的乐趣。
成长中，遇见挫折那倒也是司空见惯。一次次的失败后紧随着的是成功的喜悦，阳光总在风雨后，挫折过后是彩虹。
记得有一次，来到学校，教室的桌子静静地躺着一张试卷，侧掩着，看不见那鲜红的笔迹，但我知道这一次又考砸了，走在回家的路上，我望着地上飘落凋零的枫叶，火红的，却没有一丝温暖的色彩，凋零的野花垂落下来，有气无力。残阳如血，空气中似乎弥漫着浓浓的失望，卷曲的云朵散发出无限的惆怅。菊花的浓香也消失了，“凛冽”的寒风刮过到我单薄的衣服里，我不禁打了一个寒颤。又望着远处挺拔的松树，一年四季都是那么的绿……松树多像红军啊!红军过草地，没有其他的东西吃，只能挖草根。比起现在的我们，真可谓天差地别。他们遇到多大的困难都不会退缩，我不能就一文这一次考试就一直把学习废下去。也许，越过现在的这条河，下一站的成功就等着我呢。我还是望着地上铺了一层的枫叶，轻轻的走了……
挫折是人生的起始点，我们在挫折中成长。不要害怕眼前的困难，只有迈开脚大部的向前走，找到失败的根源，总会有办法解决的，成功就在你的努力之后降临。
如果说人生是一杯香茶，那挫折便是里面的茶叶;如果说人生是一首动听的音乐，那挫折便是里面的音符。就让我们勇敢的面对挫折，努力向前，体会成长的快乐吧。
