一、明确方向、坚持到底：
追求成功，就是首先要选择一个最适合自己发展的行业和工作，确定我们的目标，为着这个目标不懈努力，并且经常对自己的目标和计划进行检查修正，然后坚持到底，在工作中不断提升自身的能力，不给自己留有太多的退路，不放弃、不退缩，这样就会离成功越来越近，观后感《于大成演讲观后感》。

“做工作就是做结果，一个人拿没有尊严的钱，拿没有结果的酬劳是耻辱” ，一般我们做事的时候都会强调工作的过程，认为只要我尽力而为了，无论结果如何，都可以做到问心无愧了。因为我们通常所接受到的观念是过程要远远比结果更重要。但在于老师的理念中，强调结果最重要。也就是说，一切工作的.执行都是为了最后的结果。没有结果，所有努力将被归集为零；没有结果，任何借口都是苍白无力；没有结果，就没有成绩。
三、勇于承担责任：
“我是一切问题的根源，只要是责任，就是我的责任” 在工作中，责任心是每个员工必不可少的，无论其职位高低，能力大小。有责任心的人，对自己的工作会表现出积极、认真、严谨的态度，而工作态度决定着开展工作的方式方法，决定着投入工作精力大小，决定着工作效果的好坏。没有责任心或责任心不强的人，即使他的能力极其出众，也不会将其用在工作中，不会尽心尽责地发挥，人浮于事，很难出色地完成工作。我们要牢记责任，承担责任，做一个敢于负责任的人。
四、心怀感恩：
