人生总是这样，总会寻找一种恰当的方式来宣泄，她不愉快的时候总是想把自己裹在音乐里，就如同泡在浴缸里，多少可以麻痹一下固有的疼痛，虽然那疼痛仍然还在。快乐，幸福已从我的生命中悄然溜走，唯独自残能给带给我莫名的快乐。
坐在窗台上，欣赏着窗外的人情世故，看着大家快乐的笑颜，我竟又一次举起小刀，朝着自己的手狠狠地划下，手臂便出现了几道血痕，慢慢的溢出了血。我依然傻愣愣的注视着这从我身体里溢出的鲜红的液体，心里又一次充满了满足感，我发现我渐渐喜欢上了他，它是一种心灵的发泄和解脱。那瞬间的疼痛，也许让我冰冷的心，顿时跳动一下，朋友说我太傻，我告诉他，我并不傻，当你心痛到自己无法自负的时候，才会去寻找另外的痛。以此来证明--我是活着的。
有人说，有这种嗜好的人，是在精神上喜欢血腥的人，而我就喜欢这种感觉，甚至恋上自残的感觉，，而且很依赖它了。
从开始的用刀片乱刻，到后来的在身体上做艺术，我发现自残已成为了我的习惯：
夜已黑了，这世界正如我想要的那么黑。霓虹里人影如鬼魅，在这宁静的城市里隐约有种血型的美，可能大家看来我很颓废，其事是我的心如止水。刀片，狠狠地划过我腿上细嫩的皮肤，不知道疼痛，心早已麻木，连血肉都习惯性的接受着刀
片的洗礼，血的`颜色是红色的，是稠密的，他已经凝固了，变成了暗红色，失去了光泽，原来这就是从我身体里流出来的血，我俯下身子，舌头，沿着这Died模样的伤口慢慢的舔着，我大悟，原来这就是血的味道，是我心的味道。
我是一只夜行的猫，冰冷的心，不懂得爱，只是知道，当自残成为习惯，这种失掉规律的生活，成为了血腥的附属品.
