Meeting you is the most fortunate thing in the world . Your emergence brightens my life deeply . You know ,I used to be such a shy ,a quiet girl . I was afraid of contacting with others so that I merely had pretty few friends . All days I stayed at home , and my life was dull . It was not until you volunteered to assist me that my life set out changing . You took me to wander the streets to observe the world which greatly broadened my eyes . You encouraged me to take part in kinds of activities that promoted my courage and confidence . 上完一天的培训班的课，我已经疲惫不堪，走在路上，火辣辣的阳光迎面扑来，笼罩着我整个人。正是三伏，天气炎热，小花被太阳晒弯了腰，晒得大地像要冒烟似的。我也被晒得像霜打的茄子---蔫了，衣服都被汗湿了。我加快了步伐，恨不得马上飞到家中。
到了铁门外，我翻开书包，却始终找不到门卡，麻烦了！我忘拿门卡和钥匙了，爸爸妈妈不知道什么时间才回家呀！
想来想去，我只好向保安叔叔求助借手机打电话给妈妈，可是保安叔叔却说不带，我又向路过的一位叔叔借，他却说没有。我想怎么这么巧，都没有带手机，我害怕再被拒绝，于是不再去借手机，所以只好的路边走来走去。
“小朋友，这么热的天，看你衣服都湿透了,为什么在这游荡?会中暑的.” 一位叔叔焦急地对我说。我不好意思地向这叔叔解释我的`困境。“唉！快去我店里去，我店就在马路对面，去我店里打电话吧”
我跟随着叔叔，来到他的饭店，打完电话给妈妈，叔叔让我坐在店里等妈妈，叔叔担心我饿，又给我拿了一些小点心和一杯饮料。
妈妈来后，对叔叔万分感谢，并要付账给叔叔。可是叔叔却执意不肯收，并说：“这只是我举手之劳，也是我们大人对小孩应该做的事。”可是叔叔你可知道你的帮助对我来说就是雪中送炭。叔叔，我忘不了你的帮助！我要学习你助为人乐的精神，帮助需要帮助的人。
