st summer holiday, I took a trip to Yunnan. It is in the southern part of our country .It is really a very beautiful place grand mountains, clean rivers and kind people. Trees and flowers are seen everywhere. Every year there are lots and lots of visitors.Maybe you have heard about Shi Lin (stone forests. There are all kinds of strange stones. Some of the small stones look like graceful girls; and the big stones look like handsome men. Other stones look like cats, peafowls, double-edged swords, mice,
elephants and so on. Of all the stones, the stone like a beautiful girl in a legend is the most famous .Its name is A Shima.
I also went to Li Jiang. The roads in that city are just like the Eight Diagrams. Any road in the city goes to the center of Li Jiang. A river runs through the whole city. If you go along the river, you'll never get lost. There are many ethnic minority people in Yunnan. They are very cordial. And they all like singing and dancing. We danced with them around the campfire that night. I really had a good time.
I like the elephants and fruits there best. An elephant is even taller than me! I even mounted the elephant, though I was very afraid at first. But the elephant seemed very friendly. I took some photos with it. The fruits there are very fresh and delicious. They are very good for our health.
The trip to Yunnan impressed me GREatly. I will never forget it.

When holiday comes, thousands of people pour into the tourist sites, they want to relax themselves and enjoy the beautiful scenery. But Chinese people have a bad habit, they like to leave some notes on the site, proving them have been here before. Such a behavior has been criticized by the public, because the leaving note will damage the preservation of the tourist site. Most of the tourist sites are part of our country's historical relics, these sites are priceless, it is everyone's duty to protect the sites. When we go to travel, we should behave ourselves. First, we need to have the idea that no rubbish being leaved behind when we leave the site. We should take away what we bring, keep the environment clean. Second, no any notes being written in the sites. Though in the old days, Chinese workers like to leave their names on the sites, but now it is a new world, we need to behave ourselves.

看了这本书后才发现，原来潜意识就是内在小孩。记得第一次听到“内在小孩”这个概念是在几年前看了《遇见未知的自己》，也许那时才开始好好认识自己。原来在我们的内在，有一个内在小孩，知道所有关于我们的一切。如果没有好好照顾我们自己的内在小孩，就会产生一系列情绪。而当我们能和内在小孩好好相处时，我们自身就会变得不一样。原来一切的.根源是我们有没有好好照顾好自己的内在小孩，我们的状态会因为内在小孩的状态而变得不一样。
荷欧波诺波诺认为，所谓“问题”，不过是“内在小孩”重播出来的记忆而已。只要你为问题负百分之百的责任，与自己的内在小孩建立起亲密的关系，他必定能给你意想不到的帮助，让你的人生更加圆满，继而遇见“真正的自己”。
原来，对于潜意识的神奇力量就觉得不可思议。之前会想是不是潜意识和意识存在一个通道，让我们能意识到。原来，与潜意识联结就是与内在小孩联结。在看过这本书之后，有了新的思考，就是对潜意识新的认识。我们需要照顾好内在小孩，需要与内在小孩产生亲密的联结，因为一切都从这里开始。
有时候，一些想法自己也不知道哪里来的，但就是那样想到了，事后看来就是我们想要的方式。我们看不到的，或许内在小孩早已看到。又比如灵感，就是在好好照顾内在小孩之后来到的讯息。内在小孩的神奇之处，在于我们意识不到，但却像另一个意识和生命体，会知道如何为我们安排对我们最好的。
我们会有很多记忆，很多也许我们自己都忘了，但内在小孩会记得，一直都记得。也许这就是功课，我们需要清理这些对我们有影响的记忆，所以我们需要和内在小孩联结，有良好的沟通，于是便会开始清理。所以是不是所谓的仪式感也是基于此？仪式感是让我们的意识完完全全清楚知道我们要做什么，比如要开始一个行动或者是要忘记过去。
因为往往我们的大脑需要有这样的一个里程碑式的时刻来彻底进行到下一个动作，或者说我们自己需要有这样一个时刻去记住。就像《具身认知》里面所讲，我们的身体行为和大脑所想是连在一起的，我们需要对自己说或把想要表达的行为做出来，然后大脑会以为是这样，就真的是这样了。因为也许内在小孩会以为我们这样做，就会要这样想，于是会开始以我们想要的方式真的那样去想。
既然叫“内在小孩”，就说明是小孩，孩子都是非常有创造力的，会天马行空，于是灵感迸发。甚至我们的创造力也来自于此，内在空间若足够大，灵感和创造力的发挥也不受限。也许勇气也是内在小孩给的，有时候会想要突破，想要跨越舒适区，意识接收到指令，要想办法跨出这一步，需要勇气，需要有这股力量，来产生突破。
其实留下的思考还有很多，关于如何清理在尝试中，这本书更多是让我知道了要和内在小孩建立亲密联结的重要性，我们在自己和自己对话的时候，也许就是一种沟通了。在这个过程中，也许就是一种清理。内在空间大了，一切也就可以进来了，比如灵感，比如勇气，在对自己更加了解的过程中，达到最佳的灵感境界。作者：雯雨霏
