“哎呀，可真撑啊!”杜牧摸着他那圆球似的啤酒肚，又去称了一下体重，更是让自己崩溃，180斤!杜牧一个人在墙角边抱怨道。最后他终于决定带着自己的“肥牛一号”去寒山锻炼锻炼。
在途中，杜牧坐在牛车上，东望望、西望望。一股浓浓的秋天味道聚集在杜牧的鼻边，让他不禁赞叹道：“啊!秋天真美，我这次算是去对了地方。”往远看，杜牧看见了一张害羞的太阳姑娘的脸，她正悄悄躲进山伯伯的身后。一片片金黄的稻谷展现在自己的眼幕，仿佛是铺着的金色地毯。一张张农民的朴实笑脸深深地印进脑海。再往近看，一朵朵花儿如同绽开的笑脸，山茶花、桂花、野菊花……百花争艳，这一幅幅美丽画面看得杜牧应接不暇。
忽然，一团红红的东西像一团火点燃杜牧的心，他立即掉头向那赶过去，原来这是一片似火的枫树林，杜牧下了牛车徒步进了寒山枫林的怀抱。远处红的、绿的、黄的颜色夹杂在一起点缀着高耸挺立的山川。旁边飘着一朵朵棉花似的白云，像似给山伯伯穿上了一件白棉袄。杜牧又往旁边走去，那里的景物更让人流连忘返：一座白晃晃的石桥横跨河两岸，河里更是清澈见底，就像一面镜子。前边的石头小路崎岖难行，远远望去就像一条灰色的飘带。这里的一花一草美丽极了，小草碧绿如翡翠，花儿在草丛中千姿百态，站在高处看就像花儿为小草穿上了一件五彩缤纷的外套，美丽的景色看得杜牧眼花缭乱。
不知不觉，杜牧转进了一条长龙似的曲折小径，小径上面铺满一层薄薄的落叶，他有点好奇就踏着落叶往前去，周围的`参天大树数不胜数，奇花异草随风摆动，好似在向杜牧敬礼。旁边的小松鼠好奇地望着杜牧，似乎在问：“你是谁?你是谁?”，然后一溜烟向前奔去。小松鼠在前面跑跑停停带着路，杜牧拐弯走到了小径的尽头，眼前居然出现一间掩着门的茅草屋。
这次出行，杜牧的眼眶里一定装不了这么多的美丽景色!
“啊，130斤了!”这声音是从杜牧家传出来的。原来经过杜牧的坚持锻炼，他的体重已经减少了50斤，杜牧笑嘻嘻地写下了《山行》这首诗：“远上寒山石径斜，白云深处有人家。停车坐爱枫林晚，霜叶红于二月花。”
