又到吃饭的时候了，桌上摆着新鲜的白灼虾，诱人的红烧肉，绿油油的小青菜，还有一大锅炖了好久的排骨汤，真是荤素搭配，营养丰富，一看就是外公外婆精心为我准备的。外婆在一边不停地对我说“多吃点虾，长高个，喝点排骨汤，补钙的，再吃点蔬菜，补充维C……”哎，我一直对大人们这种“填鸭”式喂养有意见，我看着满桌丰盛的菜肴一点胃口也没有，慢吞吞地嚼着饭，满脑子里只有牛排汉堡。外公看我一副不乐意的样子，不高兴地说：“你这孩子真是身在福中不知福，***妈在你这么大的时候，不管买什么东西都要凭票，买肉要肉票，买米要粮票……全是由国家统一分配，想多买些肉都不行。 ”“是啊!是啊!”爸爸也在一边接着说，“如果我小时候天天有鸡蛋吃牛奶喝，我还会长得更高些!”一直没开口的妈妈说话了，“吃饭的时候别教育孩子，会消化不良的。”还是妈妈好啊!可我又听到妈妈接着说“赵怡霖，多吃点，你看你瘦得……”看着四个大人围着我，四张嘴说个不停，我只好一声不吭，谁叫我长得像根小豆芽菜呢?他们也是为了我有个好身体，想给我增加营养啊!哎，这就是我们家，每次吃饭最后都变成了忆苦思甜。不过，我觉得他们说得也有道理，我们现在的生活确实像掉进了蜜罐里，我也十分庆幸，我生活在幸运的年代，能过着幸福的生活。外公这个老党员曾告诉我：“这都是党的功劳!” 是党，让我们的生活更美好!如果把党比作阳光，那我们就是花儿，花儿在阳光下茁壮生长，我们在党的关怀下幸福成长。我们要像花儿吸取养料一样，不断汲取知识，学好本领，将来报效祖国。我坚信，在我们不懈的努力下，祖国的明天会更美好!

苹果为什么削皮后放有一定的时间会变成褐色呢？我在书本和网络中寻找答案，得知个中原因是苹果里含有一种氧化酶，当苹果削去皮后，果肉与空气相遇，在氧化酶的催化下果肉中的氧化物质便被氧化，导致变色。
怎么样才使削皮后的苹果不变色呢？为此，我做了几个实验。
首先，把苹果果肉切成薄片，在其中的一片上滴上几滴柠檬汁，第二片涂上盐水，第三片什么都不涂。
大约10分钟过去后，第三片开始变浅咖啡色，其他两片还保持原来的鲜亮洁白。半个小时后，第三片果肉从咖啡色变成了黄褐色，其他两片仍然保持原来的颜色不变。
实验表明了柠檬水和盐水可以让去皮后的'苹果不变色。为什么柠檬汁和盐水有这个功效呢？原来柠檬汁里含有维生素C，维生素C有还原性；盐水能把空气挡在外面，果肉接触不到空气，自然不会变色了。
不管是用柠檬汁还是盐水，其原理都是阻止去皮苹果接触空气而被氧化变色，这就是保持苹果不变色的绝招！按照这样的原理，要使苹果去皮后不变色，就要想方设法阻止果肉接触空气。
为了进一步印证这个原理，我又做了第二次实验，去三片果肉片，一份暴露在空气中，一份泡在凉开水中，一份涂上橙汁，结果第一片还是在约10分钟后变色，第二份约30分钟后开始变颜色，第三片过了24小时还是没有变色。可见涂上橙汁可以防止去皮的苹果变色，原来橙汁跟柠檬汁一样含有维生素C，也能阻止苹果果肉的氧化。
因此，要想使苹果去皮后不变色，我们可以采取多种方法，只要是能够阻止空气与苹果果肉接触，都能达到目的。

However, too many tourists also bring some problems to the local life. The most serious problem is the pollution caused by the uncivilized tourists. It’s reported that there were thousands of tons of rubbish left after the flag-raising ceremony on Oct. 1st. The uncivilized tourists left their rubbish wherever they go, polluting the local environment. Another problem is the traffic jam caused by so many tourists.
