张教练、刘教练已经早早地等在操场上了，队员到齐后，先做热身运动，所有队员围着操场跑，气喘吁吁的跑完两圈后，教练开始正式上课了，这节课教了我们射门和颠球两个动作。张教练先讲了射门的动作要领：用脚背踢球，踢球时脚腕必须绷紧，颠球过程中足球不能落地，用脚面颠球。一旁刘教练便示范开了：他带球一段加速跑后，抬起右脚，一停、一顿、一抽射，只见足球划出美丽的弧线后，直奔球门而去，好准呀！赢得大家的一片热烈的掌声。
此时，张教练又传给刘教练一只足球，刘教练接过球后，左右脚熟练的颠起球来，只见足球在他的脚面上蹦来蹦去，上下上下左右左右的交替，很有节奏感，看得我们眼花缭乱，好神呀！又赢得大家的一片热烈的掌声。
接着我们便分组按照教练的要求开始练习。先颠球，刚开始我真不能自如地操控足球，一个、两个……颠第三个时，足球便不听话了，飞到一边去了。捡回球继续练习！两遍、三遍……我不厌其烦地练习着。九个、十个、十一个……我终于能颠到十个以上了，好开心！
看来，要练好足球还得多加练习呀，我期盼着下一个星期五的早点到来！
