O都城游记今天，我们一、二年级去DO都城游玩。早上我们排好队，上了车，我们急得像热锅上的蚂蚁，真希望快点到DO都城。汽车开呀开，开了大概半个小时，才到了市民中心K楼————DO都城的旁边。
我们玩的第一个项目是做冰淇淋。我们先看了一个关于冰淇淋起源的视频，再把手洗干净，就开始做了。先舀了一勺冰淇淋粉，再用搅拌棒将它弄平，变成一平勺，洒进装有一点水的量杯里，用棒子把它搅匀，直到没有白色的颗粒为止，做香草也一样。老师帮我们打开凝冻机的盖子，中间有一个隔板，隔板内部是空心的，左边是香草，右边是草莓，我们分别把搅拌好的东西倒了进去，老师一打开，柔滑的冰激凌就流了出来，老师急忙帮我们用蛋筒接住，我尝了一口，啊，好甜！
第二个地方我们去变魔术。第一个魔术叫“猴子捞lāo月”，先把一个链子铺成长方形，再把一个铁环放在一个角上，用手快速地把铁链提起来，铁圈就会挂在铁链上，我一连几次都没成功，有点儿泄xiè气，觉得自己不适合魔术。变第二个魔术的'时候，先用左手的2只手指变成一个C，再把铁链放在上面，然后把铁环放进去，搁gē在手上，然后松开另一只手，铁环会落下来，但是它不会掉下来，我试了好几次都成功了。第三个魔术，先把环穿在链上面，两只手坐成一个棒棒哒的手势，右手往左手这边靠，大拇指插进铁环中间，右手大拇指按住左手的大拇指，左手的大拇指回到原位，让铁环把无名指和小指套住，然后松开，铁环就会掉下来。
第三个是学点钞，老师让我们把钱折一下，把2只手指夹在钱中间，另外2只顶在下面，大拇指按住一张一张的数。

最近一直阅读了读一本英文书《me before you》，因为被小说的情节吸引，但每天的阅读量是固定的，不能超量，于是我按耐不住看了电影版，总体上来说还是不错的，至少男主的笑容很有魅力，我非常喜欢。
就像电影中的女主，如果你把自己限定在某个范围或者区域里，你就无法真正认识你自己，无法去发掘更多的潜力与可能。因为车祸而高位截瘫的will曾是那么热爱生活，后来却被困在小小的轮椅之上，尽管家庭富足，他不用担心生计，但是，那曾经可以自由驰骋，自由翱翔的心灵是不堪囚禁的。他与父母约定的在他选择安乐死之前再活半年。半年里，lou的到来给了他爱与快乐，却未能改变他要结束生命的决定。看到will选择在lou和家人面前安乐死的时候，我忍不住落泪，但若换成我，我也一定会像will一样。
不是玛丽苏的结局，will虽选择了离开，却给lou留下打开了新世界的希望和资源。她不再因为家庭的经济来源问题被困在那个小镇，她可以自信地穿着最爱的大黄蜂条纹打底裤，坐在巴黎的街头，品味着经典的苦咖啡和新出炉的牛角包，然后微笑着走进那家香水店，购买will推荐的`那款适合她的香水，带着will给她的永恒的爱与希望前行。
结局虽不圆满，却是最好的，因为will不用再过每天睁开眼就期待这一天结束的日子，心灵不会再被身体禁锢，因为lou终于可以去过自己的生活，去看更大的世界……
will应该从来没想过自己会被一辆摩托车毁掉一生。生命或者说生活永远都是未知的，我们无法窥探未来，或许，解放自己，过好自己的每一天，去发现，去尝试才不枉生活。但在我们的文化中，各种关系和羁绊很多时候你是无法放下的，因为就算你是对的舆论的压力太大。
在过去的一年里，应该很多人都觉得很累，或许这已经是一种常态了。上班的人有太多迫于生活的压力而发条式的前进着，全职妈妈们也疲于24h全年无休的工作。或许，我们都需要一点点时间，一点点空间，去疗愈我们自己，哪怕只是看几页我们喜欢的书，或者看一部我们喜欢的电影，哪怕是在阳光明媚的午后，坐在窗前静静地发会呆，释放一下心流，又哪怕只是听一首歌，品一杯茶……只要我们是全身心的陪伴自己。

I surely disagree with father ’s philosophy. As a leader, he shouldn ’t use his power to make money. It is his duty to serve people wholeheartedly, just one person said “with great power comes great responsibility ”. If he stick to his philosophy. I believe that he will spend the rest of his life in prison. What’s worse, he could affect his son ’s philosophy, guiding him in the opposite direction , nothing can be done to reverse the trend itself. The only solution is to change father ’s philosophy.
