爱是阿甘人生的重要一部分。他妈妈对他的爱，使他并没有放弃，以至于拥有了一个如此传奇的人生，他对珍妮的那份爱使他坚持奔跑直至跑遍美国。我承认，对珍妮我是不喜欢的，不管她是因为怎样的背景造就了她的性格，我对她自暴自弃这点是极不赞同的，我认为一个人有怎样的明天取决于你拥有怎样的今天，所以我对她是怀有一种同情但不怜惜她的心情的。但是，其实看到最后，对珍妮，也是已经释怀了的。她最后还是没有继续放逐自己，这点还是值得怜悯的。
阿甘爱珍妮。珍妮是不幸的，她的生活一直很凄惨，四处漂泊，但是她是幸运的，因为她遇到了阿甘，也遇到了这世上最美好的爱情。也许珍妮不会想到，她的一句话换来了阿甘一生的等待，也换来了一个美好的结局。她的一生充满凄苦，但是最后，她终于永远的沉睡在了唯一带给她温暖的树下。
珍妮她是阿甘的唯一，因这唯一而永恒。
阿甘爱他的孩子。他送他的孩子上校车，像小时候妈妈送自己上校车一样。一切都和多年前一样，可是这一次，车上不会再有一个珍妮那样的小天使。
在阿甘的眼里，在身边的人都是天使，可是他不知道，他自己才是天使。

看到这些我就很感慨啊，他这么傻的人居然这么事都能做好，太厉害了！这是为什么呢？原来他虽然智商不高但是他不管做什么事都会坚持不懈，一直到做好为止，他不想别的专心致志，不断地努力奋进，所以他才会成功。最后他居然有27500英磅，呵呵，他能挣这么多钱呀，虽然我的智商比他高，但是我却连学习都没有做好，看样子我付出的努力还不够，我以后也要像他一样，认认真真踏踏实实的学习，做一些了不起的事。能做成功一些事，那我也就很棒了！

这部电影最吸引人的就是阿甘的那些话，看似像是傻瓜的自言自语，其中却饱含着人生的哲理。最让我记忆犹新的就是那句话：“人生就像这盒巧克力，你永远不知道下一块是什么味道”，简单的一句话，说透了人生。人生在世不过三万六千天，每一天都是人生中最年轻的一天。从小课堂上老师就告诉我们，要珍惜每一天，要让每一天过得充实，不虚度。慢慢的长大了，肩上的责任也就越来越多了，操心的事也越来越多。阿甘的那句话其实就告诉了我们，只要快乐的过好当下的每一天，不负青春就好，余下的日子里，谁也不知道会发生什么，我们也阻止不了什么，就像周星驰在《大话西游》里边至尊宝说的一句话“老天安排的最大嘛!”嘿嘿，我们要做的就是过好当下，无论是对家人，对朋友，对孩子，用最好的面貌面对他们，用最亲切的话语与他们交谈，把最好的爱给他们，每一天让自己成长一点，进步一点。

阿甘，生下来就是白痴，智商相当于八九岁孩子的低能儿，所有人对他态度恶劣，嘲笑他，对他不耐烦。但是阿甘却不认为他的生活很糟糕，他认为他的生活过的很有意思。
他唯一喜欢的女孩珍妮，也是从小到大唯一不讨厌他的女孩。阿甘深深的爱着她，用尽所有爱着她。最后珍妮给他生了一个健康的儿子。
他为了战友的承诺，退役后买船捕虾，最后成为大富翁。他有一天突然想去跑步，他就不停的跑啊跑啊，最后成为意见领袖，追随者逐渐增多，许多人跟着他，他成为别人的梦想。

好像持久去做一件事情必须要有意义才值得去做，人们好像已经习惯拿所谓的意义来标榜自己的人生，已经忘记了真实的自己。
像珍妮，她觉的人生的全部就是当一名著名的歌手，当不成就没意义，就抑郁，自***。丹中尉觉的人生的目标就是战死沙场，没死成，就彻底的放纵自己。只有阿甘，他做所有的事情都不是为了一个结果，他生命的意义也不是为了达成某个目标来证明自己。他喜欢追求珍妮得到与否并不是全部，只是喜欢，喜欢和她在一起。买船捕虾挣钱与否并不是全部，只是为了一个承诺。跑步更是因为想跑而跑，并没有什么伟大的意义。
是呀，我们去做一些事情的时候就是为这件事赋予了太多的意义，要么要有利润，要么要有意义。什么时候我们能像阿甘一样，什么都不为，只是想做，喜欢做而去做一件事。
阿甘最后一句话是："我认为：我永远可以回顾过去，然后给自己说，起码我的人生过的并不乏味”。
