看了《每一天梦想练习》第一章《如何不虚度年轻时光——名校大学生是怎样学习的》，我明白了：

就像从清华大学来的那个清华哥一样，自己明明知道自己英文的发音非常差，但是，他反而说得更多，当我们遇到一件自己做不好的事情的时候，我们也应该像清华哥一样地去克服，而不是退缩，就比如，我的社会交往能力不好，反而更加应该去和陌生人交往，锻炼自己社会交往能力。

当时间不够用来完成目标的时候，就可以提高工作的效率，在短时间内完成比较大目标。就像罗cc一样，他上课的时间比正常的上课时间要少很多，所以，他就提高了学习的效率，在图书馆的时候，他就把其他人当做空气一样，只专注到自己的学习上面，在飞机上的时间也是这样专注的学习。

作文笔记和练习【五】
1、新概念英语第3册，每天读两课，读完整一册之后就开始背，每天1课以上。
2、新概念英语第二册理解每天做两课，做完二就做三，每天做两课，能多做的就多做点。
3、如果有TED演讲的安排，就在规定时间内背出来。
4、如果下学期做数学突破，就要每天完成该做的。
