这本书在豆瓣上的评分很高，读了一些之后，我发觉本书和以前读过的历史书籍有很大的不同。作者很有自己的思想，如胡适先生所说的“大胆假设，小心求证”。他的想法有些天马行空，想常人之未能想之事，可是他的假设又是在现有的证据上做出来的，也不能说他不对，能将历史写得别有一番风味，这样的书难怪可以获得好评和众人推荐。

成功着落后，我跳下飞船，火星果然非常荒凉，连颗草也不长。哦，这也难怪，没有水嘛！我走着走着，一不小心脚下一滑掉到了一个河床里，我揉揉被摔疼的腿，拍了拍身上的土，突然，我听到了一种比蚊子还轻的声音，用中文来翻译是:“地震啦！”我寻着声音走去，看到一个洞，那个小洞和玻璃弹珠差不多大，我刚好可以睁一只眼闭一只眼地看到里面。
“哇！”是幢豪宅，里面不但有一间间精致的卧室、书房、会客厅、厨房、卫生间、储藏室，而且还有花园，花草树木亭台楼阁这工程可不小呢。更令人震惊的是：里面的.池塘有水，而且不少啊！火星上原来也有水！只见里面的“火星蚂蚁”还沉浸在刚才我摔下来造成的“地震”中，他们裹成一团，瑟瑟发抖。这情景可不能放过，我立即从飞船上拿下了火星专用照相机，拍下了这令我欣喜若狂的场面。
我回到飞船里，高兴地向地球发回了报道：“我找到火星人啦！我找到火星上的水啦！”
