日常生活中，也许，大家看来，蜡烛是一个毫不起眼的东西，不会给我们带来帮助，所以，没有人体会到小小蜡烛的小小帮助，也没有人会去注视蜡烛，珍惜蜡烛。在一个灯火明亮的'夜晚，放学回家的他，坐在灯光下，写着老师布置的作业，突然，灯灭了。只听见“停电了……”他看着乌黑一片的屋子，心里想：怎么办？明天的作业怎么办。正在发愁的他眼前突然一亮，想到了扔在箱子里的那根蜡烛。他赶快找出蜡烛，可是只剩下半根了。他点亮蜡烛，又接着写起了作业。虽然灯光很暗，但以足够找照这间小卧室。没多久，他就写完了所有作业。来电了，房间变得亮堂堂的。光掩盖了蜡烛发出的淡淡光芒。于是，他就拿起那根快要燃尽的蜡烛，又扔回了那个暗淡无光的角落里，不闻不问。日子久了，谁也不回想起角落里的那根小蜡烛，谁也不会想起在那个漆黑的夜晚，帮助自己的小蜡烛，他会慢慢的淡忘掉蜡烛，直到最后，蜡烛会消失在这个世界上。小小蜡烛虽然发挥不了什么大作用，虽然蜡烛微弱无比，但是，蜡烛却在人们无助的时候，帮助我们度过苦难。
小小的一根蜡烛，都会在漫长的黑夜，奉献出自己短暂的生命，虽然被人抛弃，却仍然默默无闻。难道不应该得到大家的赞颂吗？

正在我难过的时候，一个扎着辫子的小姑娘走了过来：“哎，又断电了。”说完，便走到我跟前，瞧了瞧我，穿着一身白色牛仔衣裤，一双炯炯有神的大眼睛滴溜溜地转个不停。我心里暗暗自喜：耶，终于有人肯光顾我啦！不一会儿，我便到了一个豪华的`大厅里。墙上的时钟哥哥和图片姐姐一见到有新成员加入，就异口同声地说道：“欢迎加入我们的快乐家族！”
到了傍晚，大厅内漆黑一团，伸手不见五指，女主人摸黑走过来，将我点燃，小学四年级作文《假如我能变成一支蜡烛作文》。我在点燃的一刹那，只感觉到全身热乎乎的，怎么我的身体这么难受？怎么我的身高在渐渐缩小？咦，怎么回事，怎么刚才还漆黑一团，现在就亮堂起来了呢？我的言语惊动了图片姐姐，她说：“蜡烛弟弟，是你毫不吝啬地把自己的身躯一点一滴地融化，忠实地为主人服务，我们要谢谢你呀！”啊，我终于明白灯芯哥哥说的话了，但我一点也不后悔。

一天下午，我放学回家做作业。到6点时突然停电了。我惊叫起来“啊！停电了，那我该怎样做作业啊！”我想起了台灯，可台灯刚好没电了。我是倒霉到了极点。我就只好出去买蜡烛了。
买完蜡烛，我一看时刻。“啊！已经6点半了。”我吓得赶紧把蜡烛点燃，开始做作业。时刻一分一秒的过去了，我的做作业越做越少，而蜡烛的身体和生命却是越来越短。
蜡烛在我们生活中虽然很平凡，但是蜡烛却为我们付出了自己的生命。此刻我们的科技发达了，人们都用上了电灯。只有在停电时人们才会猛地想起蜡烛的存在。当我们在用蜡烛的时候，可能谁也没有想过蜡烛为什么要默默的燃烧呢？其实很简单，蜡烛不是为了自己，也不是为了体现自己存在的价值，而是为了我，而是为了我们人类。当你用打火机点燃蜡烛时，你只道蜡烛的痛苦吗？那是一种钻心的痛，不是平凡人能够知道的。但蜡烛为了我们人类能够在黑暗中找到光明，就牺牲自己的生命，为我们服务。蜡烛就是这样默默无闻，无私的为人民奉献。
我目不转睛地注视这蜡烛，陷入了深深的深思。
