由于我家离学校比较远，今天我的父母早晨来不及给我做早餐，所以大多时候呢，我都是独自去外面随便吃点儿什么。今天可能是台湾烧饼，明天可能是酸辣粉，后天又可能是五彩缤纷的蛋糕。总之，我每天都在变着花样吃。直到某天(作者已经忘了是什么时候开始吃这家的牛肉粉了，眼神犀利的我看上了这家阿辉牛肉粉，摸了摸口袋里的钱确定还在了之后就大摇大摆的走了进去。
点了碗牛肉粉便大口大口地吃了起来，夹起一根米粉就往嘴里送，吸溜吸溜的，吃完之后打了声饱嗝之后摸摸口袋准备付钱了，却发现刚刚口袋里鼓鼓的钱全没了，心想:完了!这下肯定要迟到了，该怎么联系妈妈来帮我付钱呢?想到这儿，我不禁冒了些冷汗。这时店长走了过来，是位老爷爷。老爷爷说:“小朋友，吃完了吗?”“老爷爷，我吃完了，但是我的钱丢了。”听到了这话老爷爷想了想，叹了口气说到:“罢了罢了，小朋友你先走吧，像你这样的小孩还是以学习为重啊。不过记得下次要带好钱啊。”
出了店，我边走变陷入了沉思:我怎么能这么糊涂，人家老爷爷赚钱也很辛苦，自己的钱说丢就丢了，让他怎么生活啊。(作者后面才知道店长是孤寡老人

一进门，就看见了摆放得很整齐的木质桌椅，已经有几个人坐在桌前吃面条，他们津津有味地样子一下子勾起了我的食欲。一男一女两个老板在忙碌着，男的在搞卫生，女的在招呼客人，看见我来了，女老板问：“小姑娘，你要吃什么呀?”我有些胆怯地从裤兜里掏出一张小纸片，那是妈妈一小时前写给我的，上面写着“牛肉粉，要老板加杂，不加葱和香菜”，妈妈知道我不喜欢吃葱和香菜，又怕我说不清楚，我把纸条递给老板，老板心神领会，笑了笑问“***让你来吃的?”我有点尴尬地笑了笑：“对……对啊!”“请稍候!”看着老板在厨房忙碌着，我找了个位置坐下，桌椅简直一尘不染，桌上放着七个小罐头，上面贴着标签，盐、辣椒、花椒、酱油、醋等。不一会儿，粉上来了，是用不锈钢碗盛着的，白色的圆圆的粉条十分漂亮、亮晶晶的，牛肉片和白菜片铺在上面，十分诱人，汤也散发出浓郁的香味，味道一定很好!我用筷子夹起一根滑溜溜的粉，吸进嘴里，真是太爽滑了!很有嚼劲，令人回味无穷。牛肉片很香，白菜有点酸酸的，汤也很美味呢!
这时，客人来了很多，店都快坐不下了，心想，这店面不是很太大，但名气已经不小了，一定是它的味道吸引了众多食客吧。
正吃的时候，听见老板两人在谈话：“那个小朋友好像忘记给她加杂了”“我马上去加。”我回顾左右，只有我一个“小朋友”，又看了看碗中的牛肉片，确实不太多，是忘记给我加了?“对不起啊!忘记给你加杂了!”老板勺着一大堆牛杂放进我碗里，哦，是我最爱吃的牛百叶……我连忙笑着说“没关系”。
