今天是五一劳动节。我跟妈妈学习做凉拌鸡爪。因为我最喜欢吃凉拌鸡爪了。
一大早，我就和妈妈去市场买菜了。回到家我就迫不及待的开始做凉拌鸡爪了。首先给鸡爪剪指甲，我看妈妈剪了几个，我想肯定很好剪，我照着妈妈的样子，用剪子剪鸡爪尖，可是怎么使劲都剪不下来。剪刀把我的手都弄疼了，我也剪不下来一个指甲。妈妈告诉我，剪鸡爪尖的时候，要贴着有肉的部位，用力猛的.快速剪。在妈妈的指导下，我成功的剪出了一个完美的无甲鸡爪。我又费了九牛二虎之力才把全部的鸡爪剪完。我想：妈妈剪起来怎么那么容易，而我剪起来要花很大力气呢？一问妈妈我才知道。原来。我的小胖手没有妈妈的手有劲，所以我剪起来才费好大的劲。
接下来我洗鸡爪。我一直认为洗鸡爪也很好洗，可是真的开始洗的时候，我竟然不知道鸡爪上黄黄的脏东西怎么洗。妈妈告诉我，实在洗不掉的地方，就用剪刀把它剪掉。我用了十多分钟才把这些鸡爪洗干净。
清洗完鸡爪子后，我就把鸡爪放到锅里，开始煮起来。妈妈告诉我，大约有15分钟就煮好了。可是我特别着急，过一会儿就跑到锅跟前看看，我急得心里想有个小猫在挠痒痒似的，一个劲问妈妈怎么还不熟呢？妈妈告诉我，用筷子扎一扎，要是能扎动这个鸡爪了，它就熟了。到了15分钟后，妈妈告诉我把火关掉，说：你看那鸡爪皮上都煮的开小口了，这就熟了。我小心翼翼地把鸡爪捞出来，放到凉水里浸泡了一会儿。完事儿把骨头给去掉，又洗了几遍，这样鸡爪子就洗干净了，我把它捞出来淋淋水，然后放到盆里准备放调料开始拌了。我把那些切好的葱丝、香菜、青椒丝、蒜末还有蚝油、酱油、白糖、味精、香油都放进去，就开始拌了。就这样，我做的凉拌鸡爪就好了。正好儿妈妈也做好了饭菜。我大声喊：开饭啦！爸爸和哥哥尝了我做的凉拌鸡爪，都连连称赞。我知道做饭看似简单，其实也不太容易。
通过这次做凉拌鸡爪。我感受到了，世上无难事，只怕有心人。只要想去做的事，就没有做不成的事。

anyway, i learned a lot from this unfortunate accident. i’d neverrealize how important your friendship was to me. i can’t say anymore to show my gratitude for your taking turns keeping me company,and getting me through the blue time.

1918年，他出生于天津一个书香门第。在他很小的时候，有一天看到母亲捧着一本叫《红楼梦》的书出神。后来，他终于明白了母亲为何对那一本书如痴如醉，他甚至还产生了要英译《红楼梦》的想法。
1947年，正读燕京大学的他，试探着写了一篇红学文章，发表在当年的《民国日报》上。文章恰被胡适先生看到，胡异常高兴，主动给他写了一封信。从1947年的冬天到第二年的.秋天，胡适先生共给他写了6封信。从此，他走上了漫长艰辛的红学研究之路。
1948年，他完成了《红楼梦新证》这部被誉为“红学方面一部划时代的重要着作”。该书于1953年9月由棠棣出版社出版后，一时洛阳纸贵，三个月内连着再版3次，当年的研究者们几乎人手一册。这是红学史上首部文史哲综合学术论着。
因为研究《红楼梦》，他从四川大学外文系调到北京的人民文学出版社任编辑，成了学界“红人”；也由于这部书，他在后来的政治运动中变成了“资产阶级胡适派唯心主义”的“繁琐考证”的典型代表，由“红”变成了“黑”：1968年被关进“牛棚”，差不多一年后，被下放到湖北咸宁“五七”干校劳动。别人都说他，“成也‘红楼’败也‘红楼’”。然而，无论包围在溢美之词中，还是饱受他人的呵斥拷问，所有的一切都没改变他对学术研究的忠诚。即使是在“五七”干校，每日劳动之余，他依然没忘记自己的“本职工作”——读《红楼梦》，写。
经历了太多的艰难坎坷，他二十几岁双耳失聪，后又因用眼过度，两眼几近失明。可是老人依然每天工作、笔耕不辍，着书立说，先后撰写了《红楼梦新证》、《曹雪芹传》、《红楼夺目红》等几百万字的红学专着。他就是新中国研究《红楼梦》第一人，是享誉海内外的考证派主力和集大成者——周汝昌。
人生是一个选择的过程，可选择之后应是无悔的付出。周汝昌在生命起程的那一刻就找准了前行的目标，有了方向的引领，让他一次次拨开云雾，在生命的征程中用一生的时间朝着心中的圣殿稳步前行。可整个路程并不是寂寞的，因为他收获了生命春天的同时，也收获了夹岸桃花，一路风景。
