星期五的早上，我们学习了一篇课文《和时间赛跑》，这篇文章的主要内容是：在”我“外祖母去世的时候，我非常伤心，爸爸教育”我“说，”所有时间里的事物，永远都不会回来，你的昨天过去了，你不能再回到昨天。有一次，放学时看到太阳快要落山了，我就对自己说：“我要和太阳赛跑，在太阳下山之前跑回家”。于是“我”不停的往家跑，最后在太阳下山之前我回到了家中。后来，“我”经常玩这种游戏，养成了和时间赛跑的习惯，节约了很多时间。
不只林清玄如此，历史上有许多成功人士小时候的经历也使他们一生受益无穷。如鲁迅、爱因斯坦、牛顿。听说有人鲁迅，你为什么有那么时间看书呢？鲁迅回答说：“因为我把别人喝咖啡的时间用在了学习上。”还有一位名人说，你热爱时间吗？那么别浪费时间。因为时间是够成生命的材料。我听了这些句话，有些惭愧，因为我把别人看书的时间用在了看电视上。

读了这篇课文，我懂得了时间的珍贵，时间一去不复返，我们每个人都要节约时间，用更少的时间做更多的事情。拿我来说吧，我以前看书、写字总浪费时间，别人晚上七点写作业九点就睡觉了，可我总是磨蹭到晚上八点开始写作业十点钟才写完作业，我就比别人多用了一个小时，我以后要改正自己浪费时间的毛病，一回家就写作业，早写作业早完成，然后早早睡觉身体好。

今天我读了林清玄的《和时间赛跑》，读完感触颇深。
作者知道了，今天过去了，以后就不会再有了。作者因此非常珍惜时间，知道了时间的重要性。他开始珍惜时间，有效地利用时间，有时一个暑假才能做完的作业，他十天就完成了，还常常拿他哥哥的作业来做。
我觉得自己以前没有那么的珍惜时间，觉得非常愧疚。有时可以写作的时间，我却在玩，但现在我读了和时间赛跑这篇文章，我渐渐地懂得了时间的重要性，每天早上来上兴趣班，以前玩的时间，我现在在看课外书。我要不断地和时间赛跑，虽然前面有很多泥泞，我也会穿过、克服，跑出美好的未来。

读了《和时间赛跑》这篇课文后，我知道了时间的珍贵，同时我也明白了时间一去不复返。
我以前上幼儿园时，老师布置的作业我从来都不在班上做完，每次都在班上和同学玩游戏，回家后也都是边写边玩，总是要等到快睡觉了作业还没写完，妈妈对我说：“你在幼儿园时抓紧时间把作业写完，回家不就可以玩了吗？”可我说：“我才不呢，在幼儿园有小朋友玩多好玩呀，回家就没有小朋友玩了，一点都不好。”妈妈也拿我没办法只好让我快点写完作业好睡觉。
当时我还不明白，直到我今天学完《和时间赛跑》这篇课文后我才明白，妈妈为什么要我抓紧时间在幼儿园把作业写完了，原来妈妈是想让我知道时间一去不复返，稍纵即逝，将来后悔都来不及。现在我明白了时间重要性，现在我在学校写作业的速度可快了，我知道“光阴似箭，日月如梭”的含义，以后我一定会更加的珍惜时间。
