有感于此，每每孩子提出希望购买玩具时，我总是简单的认为只要是能有助于动手动脑，促进兴趣的就好，并没有考虑到在孩子的成长过程中，玩具不仅是孩子的一个好朋友，更是孩子接触社会、融入集体、了解他人、感受冷暖的好帮手，在今后的`生活中，应该更加细心的帮助孩子选择玩具，让玩具真正成为孩子成长路上的好朋友。

大家下午好！
时光冉冉，不知不觉2013已经结束，2014即将向我们走来！在这里，池老师很想对大家说：你们真的长大了！从今年暑假开始，大家进入了高年级，晚自习也由原来的1个小时，变成了现在的1个半小时，时间的变化就是大家跨入高年级的标志之一，说明大家真的已经长大了。
昨天晚上池老师在思考，2013年大家都有哪些变化：
1、体重增加了，个子也比以前高了，这些自然不必多说。
2、在这一年里，我们更加坚定的认识到相逢是一种缘分，是缘分让大家在建桥相遇，同学们也更加珍惜彼此之间的友情，学会了与同学相处。偶尔有点小的摩擦也能轻而易举的原谅对方，这点真的让老师感到很欣慰。
3、长大后的孩子们个个都像小主人一样，捍卫着咱班的荣誉，每当咱班有荣誉时，同学们都会欣喜若狂，高兴地了不得。即使，有时候我们与荣誉失之交臂，同学们也在心里暗暗加油，为下一次的成功加了一份干劲。
4、长大后的你们着实让老师省心了不少，现在的你们像大孩子一样，认真的完成自己的卫生，有的`孩子在干好自己卫生工作的同时，也在帮别人干着。
5、现在的你们越来越懂事，学习中多了一份主动，能够认真、仔细的完成着自己的作业，期末将至，老师从你们的作业中看出来你们真的努力了，再努努力，你们就是最棒的了，加油！
6、跑操跑的越来越整齐，卫生工作做得越来越优秀、课堂常规越来越好、好朋友越来越多、学习劲头越来越足、争优意识越来越强，都是大家好的变化，我要说：加油吧，孩子们！成功离我们越来越近了。
孩子们长大了，在班级中的自主性也越来越强了，我真的觉得自己很是幸福！
