这个暑假我早早地写完了暑假作业，去阿姨家玩了几天，这几天玩的很开心，最记忆深刻的是那一顿火锅。
这天，天气凉爽，凉丝丝的风佛面而来，我想，一定是秋姑娘赶来打发走了夏公公。中午未吃饭的我们已饥肠辘辘，阿姨家附近的川福龙火锅是这里的一颗星，所以我们决定去吃火锅。我们刚踏进川福龙火锅的门槛，一股独特的热气扑面而来，今天来吃的人可真不少！我们选了一间屋子，点了锅底等待着火锅的到来。
在这期间我一直在调我的“独家酱汁”：蒜泥、花生酱、辣椒、麻油、孜然、香菇酱、小米辣，然后把它们放进碗里搅和搅和，就成了我最喜爱的麻辣酱汁。
锅底上来了！我们急忙放了乌鸡卷，鸭血，面条，羊肉卷，土豆，山药。第一个煮好的是乌鸡卷，蘸上我的独家酱汁，乌鸡卷的鲜香，加上酱汁的麻辣让舌头上演绎了一场盛大的联欢。我一连吃了好几个，还是不够。随后煮好的是面条，面条直接可以吃，原本的清香带着火锅汤底的鲜美，好吃得快让人飞起来了。羊肉卷和乌鸡卷差不多，没有什么特别的，比起来，乌鸡卷更爽口一些。土豆煮的很面，所以吃起来很好吃，我一连吃了好几块。山药吸收了汤底的大部分营养，加上山药本身的营养，真是一个营养的聚集地。最后煮好的是鸭血，鲜嫩的鸭血入口即化，就像果冻一样滑来滑去，鲜嫩可口，好吃极了！嘴巴上下微微一合就能把这鸭血压得稀烂，可想而知这鸭血非常滑嫩。吃了这么多，给我了一个大大的满足，但最让我心动的就是这里的菌汤，各种菌类和肉类在汤里不断翻滚，冒出一股股热气，最后成为超级好喝的菌汤，菌汤可以煮乌鸡卷，也可以直接饮用，我拿起勺子往嘴里喝了一口，菌类的独特香味在我嘴里回荡，让人流连忘返，我觉得火锅最少不了菌汤了！我一连喝了五六碗，才算尽兴。
今天吃的火锅非常好吃，吃出了食材的好，汤中的妙，几个人在饭店吃上一顿火锅，将是一天最大的幸福。火锅店里传来的欢声笑语，至今还没有停息……我想，中华民族有更多的美食等着我们去探讨，快来分享你吃过的传统美食吧！
