米粉的英语作文【一】
我一定会回答：“炒米粉！”
来福州以前，我住在以米粉著名的兴化，所以吃过很多次米粉，就从那个时候起，我深深的爱上了米粉。
米粉的烹煮方式很多：有肉圆米粉、蔬菜米粉、炒米…等等，其中“炒米粉”是我的最爱。
QQ的米粉搭配简单的蔬菜、美味的肉丝、软软的豆干，全部拌炒在一起，就是一个完美的组合，炒米粉是我最心爱的小吃。一般来讲，我都是吃原味的，偶而加上酱油，但当我生气时会猛放辣椒，这时炒米粉变成红米粉了。
福建的.每一个地方都有米粉，有的米粉有汤，粗粗的米粉会切的短短的，可以要汤匙来吃。兴化的米粉特别QQ的，炒起来好吃的没话说。这两种米粉都有在卖，我都吃得到。
米做的米粉，是很棒的小吃，身为一个中国人，我特别喜欢这一样，想到福建，就会想到米粉呢！

特产是每个人家乡特有的产品，所有人的家乡肯定都有特产。而我的家乡在泉州，我给大家讲讲我的家乡特产——-湖头米粉的来历吧！
清朝康熙二十一年（1682年），清圣祖玄烨因平定“三藩之乱”，又逢29岁生日，迷信的康熙决定提前做生诞。
快马传消息至安溪，李光地和堂兄李光斗、叔叔李日煜商量如何为“升平嘉宴”增辉添彩。当时湖头山高水险林密虎多，山寨大王也不少，百姓生活极艰难，实在无物上贺。李光地童年时被永春帽子顶寨大王林日胜捉上山寨，是安溪县城东岳庙和尚德辉禅师救出。未回家前，李光地在东岳庙学过做水粉。此时，李光地忽然想到，湖头泉水制作的米粉，口感柔韧细腻，不如把水粉做成粗条再晒干好带上朝去，到时自己还可当众表演吃法。堂兄和叔叔都说如此甚好，但北方人喜食干食，御前亦难汤水淋漓，建议带上湖头的笋丝香菇同炒，味道更可显得与众不同。
就这样，李光地把湖头米粉做成了贡品。他用肉丝、虾仁、香菇炒熟，肉骨汤适量和米粉入锅油炒翻动，快速提锅倒入瓷盘的`炒米粉，竟成为康熙帝“升平嘉宴”中宴请大臣、翰林和有功之臣的有泉州地方特色的美味。
不管你的家乡在哪里，你的家乡都一定有特产，而这些特产背后，隐藏着许多故事。作为家乡人，我们更应该去了解家乡特产背后的故事。
