今天，我要露一手。所谓的露一手，就是给家人做一道番茄炒蛋。但是，我以前从来没有给家人做过菜，所以，在做菜以前，还要对“大师”——妈妈，进行一次小小的“采访”，让妈妈告诉我怎么做这道菜，妈妈仔细地告诉我这道菜怎么做，我也上得认真，不一会儿妈妈就讲完了做菜的要领。
步骤讲完了，我也要开始做菜了，“等等！我好像忘了点什么，对，军人打仗要带枪，我做菜也要有工具吧！”于是，我拿出炒菜用的锅、切菜用的刀、还有切菜板和一个小碗，接着我拿出了食物、两个鸡蛋、一个番茄，我把番茄放在菜板上切成一些小块，然后把鸡蛋轻轻地一磕磕在了小碗里，只见清清的蛋白衬托着黄澄澄的蛋黄从蛋壳里流出来，我连忙用筷子把它们全都搅匀，一切准备就绪，可以开炒了。
我打开煤气炉子，把切好的番茄和撑匀的鸡蛋倒进了锅里，在锅里来回地翻炒，加少许盐，就可以起锅装盘了。
看着我的劳动成果，我心里别提有多高兴了。

妈妈从冰箱里拿出了两个鸡蛋和一个番茄，让我先把蛋打在碗里，搅一搅。我把鸡蛋放在碗边敲了敲，鸡蛋就裂开了一条口子，慢慢地，口子越来越大，橙色的蛋黄和透明的蛋清顺流而下到了碗里。“对了，在蛋里放一些黄酒去腥味，还要少放些盐。”妈妈突然开口。“黄酒放了，盐嘛，正在放。”我撒着盐，喃喃说道。“嗒嗒嗒”这声音可是我搅蛋时发出的哟，好听吗？“番茄最好我来切，你是不会的。”听了妈妈的话，我只好乖乖的把这个“好位子”让给了妈妈。
接着，我把切好的番茄倒入锅内，点上火，锅内就“辟哩啪拉”的响了起来，我害怕得退了好几步。“该把蛋倒进去啦！”看我这样，妈妈在一旁提示道。我把蛋也倒了进去，蛋在锅里一会儿就凝固了。这时，一盘香气扑鼻的番茄炒蛋也要出锅了。
我坐在桌子旁，尝着香喷喷的番茄炒蛋，心里美滋滋的。
