国庆节的清晨，我们一家乘车去望江园度假村休闲。望江园位于益阳市黄泥湖仙蜂岭花乡的山峰上，她西伴益阳电厂，南抵资水，东北方向有青山环绕。
望江园内有青松、绿樟、碧草；有凉亭、暖阁、小屋；有鸟鸣、鸡犬、人语；有品茗、观涛、嬉戏。我沿着弯弯曲曲的石头小路走进了这如诗如画的境界中，石头小路右侧是一座蘑菇亭，只见亭内围着一群人，冥思苦想，在干什么？走近一看，原来有两位白发老者在对弈。再往前走，就到了听涛轩，嘿，里面有不少太师椅。我跑过去，躺在上面闭目养神；睁开眼俯视，呈现在眼前的是清澈的资江河。江面上波光粼粼，偶尔有一两只捕鱼的船。江水清澈见底，只见鱼儿在欢快地嬉戏，不好！渔夫的网撒下来了，把鱼儿都捉住了，我不禁为这些鱼儿的命运担心。远眺是高高矮矮的楼房，一栋栋矗立在农田旁，有的楼房只有火柴盒那么大，甚至更小；近处的也只有书本那么大。只有稻谷是金黄金黄的，一片秋收的景象，岸边的垂柳倒映在江里，显得更绿了。听涛轩旁边是望江美食苑，美食苑自然是吃饭的地方，旁边还有一副：
若 有 闲 心 寻 胜 处，
何 妨 到 此 听 江 声。
美食苑周围还栽种着十几盆花。这些花有的是紫色，花开得正艳；有的是小白花，含苞欲放，像一个害羞的姑娘；有的正面是紫红，背面纯白色，像风车的风叶，这种花不论大还是小，总之都是五片，我闻了闻，有点儿辣味；还有一种特别的叶子，它的外围是鲜绿，里面是大红、棕红，密布着小黑点。
时间过得真快，眨眼就吃完了晚饭，该走了。我不由喃喃自语：“望江园，我会再来的。”
