今天中午，天气很冷，但我很开心，因为我们家要包饺子。
妈妈买回了各种包饺子的配料，有肉、葱、姜、饺子皮，妈妈把这些配料洗好，我准备来切肉。于是我挽起袖子，拿起菜刀，准备大干一场。我小心翼翼地一切，谁知菜刀一偏，差点切到我的手，吓得我顿时往后一跳，心想：真是好险呀！第二次我双手握紧菜刀柄，用力一剁，由于力气太大了，肉弹了出去，我赶紧用手去接，妈妈在一旁看了，哭笑不得，就手把手教我。过了不久，肉终于被我剁成肉泥了。我把装肉的盘子端到桌子上，并放上葱、盐、姜拌均匀后开始包饺子了。
我拿起一张饺子皮，把肉用筷子夹起来，放在饺子皮上，然后一卷，眼看大功告成，可饺子像不听话的小孩一样，滑了下去，掉在桌上，我只好拿起来重新包，可饺子皮全散开了，馅露出来了。妈妈过来说：“捏得力不够。我来吧。”我只好又换一张饺子皮，这次我小心地把它卷好，吸取上次的教训，然后用力一挤，由于力气太大了，饺子皮裂开了一个洞，一些馅从洞里掉了出来。我急了，再拿一块饺子皮，像折纸一样，左折一下右折一下，最后捏成了一个球，看着这个球饺子，我哈哈大笑起来，妈妈望着顽皮的我，直摇头，也笑了。
晚上，饺子都煮好了，我们来吃饺子，虽然今天的饺子模样很奇怪，但我很开心！

俗话说：“舒服不如倒着，好吃不如饺子。”今天，妈妈为了改善生活，决定包我最喜欢吃的青菜猪肉馅饺子。说干就干，妈妈立马开始忙活起来。我也洗了洗手，和妈妈学着包饺子。
妈妈教我，先让我把饺子皮拿起来放在手心里，然后去用筷子夹了些饺子馅，放在饺子皮里，然后妈妈叫我捏紧饺子。但我一捏饺子的左边，右边的馅一下子就出来，我又捏住饺子的右边，左边的馅又出来了，最后我想了一个办法，两边同时捏，我试了试，两边都不露馅了，可是我用力太大，饺子的小肚子破了，妈妈帮我又拿了一张皮包住了破的饺子。
一个饺子勉勉强强地包好了，虽然卖相不好看，但也是我的第一个劳动成果。我并没有打退堂鼓，又和妈妈包了起来。妈妈包的饺子非常饱满，像打了胜仗的大将军，样子很好看，可我包的饺子似乎没上战场就趴下了。这次，我一屁股坐在椅子上不干了，妈妈说：“我来教你。”在妈妈的指导下，我越包越好，妈妈直夸我是个聪明伶俐的孩子。不一会儿我就包了好几个饺子。这下，我包的饺子就像一个个大元宝。
