晚上放学后，妈妈就准备包饺子。妈妈和馅，我凑过去闻了闻，看了看，真是色香味俱佳啊!馋得我直流口水。妈妈拿起擀面杖，没擀几下，一个个圆圆的面皮就出现在我的眼前，仔细一看，中间厚厚的，周围薄薄的。接下来该我大显身手了。我左手拿着皮，右手拿着筷子夹了一些馅放在面皮上。我把面皮合起来一捏，手粘糊糊的。不好，馅从左边冒了出来，左边刚捏好，馅又从右边冒了出来。我费了九牛二虎之力，总算包了一个歪歪扭扭的饺子。我把它放在盖帘上，它却像个小懒猪“趴”着不起来了。我把它使劲按了一下，它才坐起来。嗬!还挺着个大“将军肚”，逗得爸爸妈妈哈哈大笑，我也不好意思地笑了。该包第二个饺子了，这次可吸取教训了，我只放一点点馅，包完后一看，肚子扁扁得。包第三个饺子时，我放的馅既不多也不少，可皮还没对齐，我就不管三七二十一猛一捏，一个丑小鸭就“诞生”了。接下来，我可千万不能再出错了。我拿着皮，小心翼翼地夹馅、合皮、捏呀捏……终于又捏成了一个，虽然不像妈妈捏得那么好看，但是我成功了。
