从见到中药起，我就对它很反感，那颜色跟咖啡似的，却散发着阵阵臭味，熏得我连看也不敢看，更别说喝了。我想，这种恶心的东西能喝吗？明明就是让我受罪嘛！但又有什么办法呢？我不得不喝。药一入口，我就想把它吐出来，这东西变质了吧！实在在太难喝了！我从此再也不想碰它，最好让它消失！一个月终于被我熬过了。我再次来到医院检查，我不经目瞪口呆了，病情已经有所好转，原来药效并不差。
我不禁想：中药虽然苦，难以入口中，让人感到恶心，但它却有着不小的作用。对于我个人来说，喝中药是一件非常令人憎恶的事，可它真正带来的不只是苦，更是一种甜蜜。苦口良药利于病，表面上不好，让人讨厌的`事物 ，有时它的本质却是好的。在生活中有些事很麻烦，让人憎恨，比如抄写，默写，等，它们就像这苦苦的中药一样，有人总认为它们很麻烦，根本就不需要，是多此一举罢了，它有什么用处，能给我们带来什么呢？只有担心、忧虑罢了，这些事就像我口中的中药一样，只要认真对待它，甚至去品味它，事后总会会有所收获的，就像我的病情好转一样，它同时带来了或多或少的知识，这些收获看似微不足道，但在日积月累之中，你就会有所成就。
我坚持喝了几个月的中药，每一碗的入口，也就意味着多了一份苦涩。在这几个月之中，我喝了不知多少碗中药，也不知品尝了多少份苦涩。在这背后，却带来了最终的快乐——病情好转。这多亏了这一份苦涩，若没有它，我拿什么去换最后的那份甜蜜呢？
不必要去抱怨，生活中的苦是需要的，掌握好这份苦，最终就可以换取甜，因为你付出了几份苦涩，就能换取几份甜蜜。

妈妈在厨房忙了一个小时，我可不想让妈妈失望。妈妈端来一小杯中药，说：晴晴，你喝吧。妈妈尝过了，可苦！记住，不要尝味道，要大口大口的喝下去！我说：妈妈你去帮我拿块糖，喝完我吃。
糖拿好了，我开始打量杯中的'中药。那中药呈黑色，看起来挺苦的，我小心地端起杯子，用鼻子闻了一下，怎么闻起来也很苦。我开始有些犹豫：喝还是不喝。
良药苦口利于病，忠言逆耳利于行。这是小学课本上的一句话。我曾说过无数次，又曾说过中药有什么苦，为什么不喝呢？为了自己的身体能快点好起来，把这中药喝了！
于是，我果断地喝了下去。中药比我想象的苦，我往嘴里塞了块糖，一会儿就不苦了！中药果然和别人说的一样苦，不是一般的苦，而是非常的苦。爸爸对我说过：吃得苦中苦，方为人上人！我不是喝一次中药，所以我要坚持，能吃苦！
